        This is a place where I would stay again during a visit to Vegas. For first experience, valet was great the first day. Valet on some days was a disaster. However, those we interacted with was very courtesy and help with the luggage entering and leaving. Check in and out was good experience. Location is awesome and central to everything. Signature connecting tunnels allows you access to all of the towers and to MGM Grand. Our room was okay, however, there was no cleaning of the freezer and it was dusty. I purchased cleaning products to clean to our satisfaction. Saturdays and Sundays was so busy and ride share service was not able to get through the gate. Like, the security of the area and gate checking even though it was a pain some days to get in or out. Also we were told several time we had to park at MGM Grand which is free, however, 1. You have to go to the front desk to ask for assistance with adding it to your room key if not it will be 23 dollars for the night. 2. There were times we were told we had to go to MGM Grand and my spouse was dropping me off at Tower 2 which is 24/7 Tower 1 and 3 is limited hours. Several times he went to drop off and they valeted the vehicle. Overall, our experience to Vegas was great due to our stay at Signature.

        Stayed at MGM Signature for 4 nights on first trip to Vegas. It was perfect for what we needed. Loved the ability to cook meals and have some quiet away from a bustling casino but still have access to MGM grand and the strip. Of the times we left the hotel, only had to self park once and parking validation was easy. We didn’t mind the walk through MGM grand since it’s fun to walk through the casino and there’s so much to see. MGM grand also has a monorail station inside which makes access to the strip easy. View from our room of the sphere was mesmerizing! Would stay again.

        Stayed during the Christmas Holiday period. Hotel itself is OK - nice rooms and fixtures/furnishings. Only a short walk from Las Vegas strip. Hotel staff with rhe exception of parking staff and hotel management were helpful and courteous. The problem with this property is the parking - the room we booked was not directly through the hotel. It advertised 'included valet parking'. Most of our stay, the valet parking was either full or the hotel did not have enough staff working to run the valet properly. This resulted in needing to self park, which was a 30min walk from the property. The parking staff and management were very rude and would not allow people into the hotel loading area to drop off items. The hotel manager we spoke with was extremely unhelpful and offered no useful solutions. I would never stay at this property again and would recommend others not as well unless they do not have a vehicle with them.

        Fantastic location, it has a Starbucks inside and restaurant called delight. Delights allows you to refill hot cold house Coffee daily. I did it a few times. Very professional hotel you see a lot of stewards and pilots staying. Great for business and great decent price. Valet is free. Loved my stay. Rooms are really cute and comfortable.

        This is one of my favorite places to stay. The location, the rooms, and the staff are wonderful. I wanted to specifically recognize Ashley and Alejandro tonight Nov 5, 2023. The hotel is fully booked so there wasn’t much wiggle room but they both made an extra effort to make my stay more comfortable. You can tell they truly care about making sure their hotel guests are valued, happy and enjoy their stay. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
