I have stayed one night with my family in this hotel with a very good price. The room is tidy and clean and it is bigger than other Japanese hotel. Also the service is good. It provided free bar drinks which include a bottle of red wine. Also , it provided a simple free breakfast which tastes good too. I noticed that it has free parking too, but my car is a high roof car which cannot use the service. But overall it is a wonderful hotel and room and all of my family recommend it.

10/10 hotel for a couple to stay in. Room is modern & super cleaned with amenities refreshed everyday. Asked what time complimentary room service breakfast and delivered on time and with warm bread and fresh fruits everytime. Kind and helpful staff, even with our limited Japanese! Location is great with an easy commute via many trains to attractions. Great local restaurants within walking distance too with varied cuisine to try! Felt very safe and welcomed.

location is excellent, we were very excited to stay in the hotel on the first night. However, we found 2 bed bugs on the second night in Room 303!!! We immediately reported to the staff but the nightshift staff can only speak Japanese and they didn't think it's a big issue. They said the hotel was full and Room 702 is the only available room on the second night. They required us to moved to Room 502 on the third night since Room 702 was reserved by others. We moved 3 times during our 5 nights stay. Our trip was ruined and we were scared when we slept every night!

Very nice hotel. I managed to get a good deal for my room. They have a system in place that works directly with nearby restaurants to service your room in the evenings. You can also order breakfast to your room. Room - King Size, the room felt very comfortable for a solo traveler. The bath and shower are visible from the room however there is a curtain you can pull to block the view if you are staying with someone else. The places for storage are plentiful as well. Everything seems to be of good quality. I definitely recommend staying here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
