Same breakfasts everyday, small room for family. Front desk staff not so helpful. Location for St Peter basilica 55 min walk as on the web sites it say different. No camera on the front desk that why staff try to rob you. If you making a payment with cash be careful, a lady did charge me €20 extra she was on her own and no camera fitted that why she took an advantage and put €20 in her pocket. She know that we are tourists, she would have not done with local or people who speak Italian language. Be careful when time come to pay the lady start her shift around 7.00 am. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends or family. If you visiting Vatican City I would not recommend the hotel 🏨

Booked this hotel last minute. I was abit reluctant as was far from the city centre but was cheap. It is a 10 min walk to metro to get into Rome centre and its only 1.50 each way. There is a direct bus to airport and beach outside the hotel (you need to check Google maps for the times etc) It takes 1 hour. Buses never check tickets so it was free travel all holiday. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful and went out their way to help. The rooms are abit tatty and need refurbishing but it's clean and just a place to sleep. The beds are comfy but our first room bed was falling apart (see photo) which I think is abit poor standard. The air con does work regardless what other reviews say. Our first room didn't have a balcony so I asked reception if we could move and this was no problem. They moved our luggage while we was out through the day which was nice. It was much nicer and faced the rear garden. The breakfast if I'm honest had one the smallest selection of food ive ever seen in a hotel and I go abroad many times a year. That seriously needs sorting out as it's the hotels biggest flaw and disappointment. Overall the hotel is a 3 star hotel definitely never seen a 4 star as stated. Maybe they just have poor standards in Italy who knows. I would probably stay again as I did enjoy the holiday but could easily be made a nicer hotel without investing too much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
