The Snug Airportel

Location: 5 min drive or 15 min walk (sidewalks accessible) tucked away in a neighbor that’s quiet. next to a national park/beach, restaurants, close to a 7/11, beer at the hotel/hostel is not much more than local prices. Atmosphere: the girls at the front desk are super nice!! One took me for a market another asked me to go to a party with them. Super welcoming. Good for families to backpackers. Enough lay-out chairs and a nice common room near the pool and a secret zen garden in the back. A few people on laptops working remotely. Facilities: clean with big beds, shared women bathrooms. Locker deposit refundable and costs 200B. You can choice from private rooms and bunks. Plenty of rooms. Outlets for charging phone in common area next to reception and by pool.

The service quality was very bad, I definitely do not recommend it. We were continuing to stay in the room and wanted to extend it for another night. They rented the room to someone else without asking us if we would continue to stay. We have never seen such rudeness. The hotel staff suddenly told us to leave the room without asking if we would continue to stay one night. We wanted to extend it further. Moreover, when we talked to a lady manager, she did not listen to us at all, was not solution-oriented and was very rude. Also, the laundry service was very bad and expensive. They delivered our clothes wrinkled and stuffed into bags. The colors of the laundry were mixed together and two of my clothes turned into garbage. This situation was very bad and expensive. Unfortunately, I realized it when I left the hotel. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. We have stayed in many hotels and I have never seen such disgrace. It is terrible, I do not recommend it at all. They think they provide good service, but one thing is very clear, I did not receive any service.
