        I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very nice experience. Waking up with the sunrise and the sea in the background was so beautiful! The breakfast was very nice too. The only thing I missed was a vegan yoghurt! All the teams were super friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again. I totally recommend it!

        We stayed in social hub Barcelona for the first time and loved it so much we decided to stay in social hub after Madrid too! It's in a great location and very close to the transit making it easy to get anywhere from here in 15 minutes or less. The hotel is beautiful, rooms and staff and service were amazing! Breakfast is a little overpriced but the coffee is great, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options at the hotel. The whole place is very clean, modern, spacious and we hope to come stay again!

        There’s been a series of very disappointing events during my stay. Not only is the staff unhelpful and rude, but they have accused me of lying to cover up their own lies. First upon check-in, the staff told me that I had to wait until 3pm as it is their policy. Of course I was fine with this, and I patiently waited in the lobby as he told me that he would get me at 3pm. However, he disappeared, so I decided to go up to another staff and check in again after 3pm. On the second day, I came back to the hotel and saw that my room had not been made. It was after 4pm. The staff told me that the cleaning team said I had a do not disturb sign on my door. However, I don’t even have a do not disturb sign in my room as it is missing. I mentioned this to the staff and asked them to promise that my room will be cleaned the next day. They did. Day three, today. I come back after 5pm and my room hasn’t been cleaned again. Another staff told me that there was a do not disturb sign on my door, again. So my room hasn’t been cleaned for three days, because I put a do not disturb sign on my door. There is no do not disturb sign in my room, however they did not even believe me saying that they don’t know because they are not in my room. This staff also told me that whatever I told her colleague yesterday doesn’t matter because I did not speak to her and she doesn’t know what I said to him. The reception staff and cleaning staff have all been dishonest, rude, and unhelpful. The reviews about the dust in the room is also true. EDIT : The cleaning staff came to my room at 6pm asking if they can clean my room, even though I’ve told reception that I do not wish to be disturbed in the evening. When I asked reception if I could check out if the same issue happens again, they said that they need to check with the manager and that I would need to make an appointment to speak with them. There was no offer to change rooms, clean towels, or any effort to improve the situation. What frustrates me is the fact that they kept putting the blame on me saying that I put a do not disturb sign on my door, when I don’t even have one. I’ve also complained in person in the morning. Four people were there and not one person apologised. And the first thing they asked me again, was whether I put out a do not disturb sign, which I do not even have in the room. I read the disingenuous reply from the hotel. It was not a disconnect in communication. The staff was simply rude and unhelpful.

        Stayed here for two weeks as an extended-stay guest. The room was decent albeit a little small. Location-wise, the hotel was situated in a pretty accessible spot to the metro. My main complaints were with the service and how I was treated as an extended-stay guest. There was no dish soap or scrubber provided upfront to clean the dishes and cutlery. This is something that every other apartment-hotel I've stayed in provides, but doesn't seem to be the case at The Social Hub. I went down to the lobby to ask for them, but the staff seem to forget that they even have extended-stay guests and get confused when you ask for these supplies. I had to ask on two separate occasions, and, fortunately, the second lady I asked was nicer and managed to find a dish soap bottle and scrubber to use. For the extended-stay rooms, house-keeping is supposed to occur weekly. However, exactly one week after I checked in, my room was still not attended to. I had to go remind the staff the next day that my room was due for cleaning. House-keeping finally came, but they didn't even empty the kitchen trash bin that was entirely full nor did they provide an extra toilet paper roll when I had a nearly empty roll. Finally, my last major complaint was with the dishonest advertising in my extended-stay booking. My booking email and on the website clearly mentions the room features a "fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher." However, the room didn't have a dishwasher and, apparently, none of the rooms in the hotel had a dishwasher after asking the staff about it. They said they would follow-up with me later but never did so during my entire stay, despite emailing them as well a couple of times. I understand that not having a dishwasher is not the end of the world, but it seems a bit of dishonest advertising in the listing even if it was a mistake, especially after spending €1400 in total for the stay.

        The favourite place I've stayed in Barcelona. Perfect location in a great little neighbourhood with coffee shops and restaurants a plenty. Helpful staff, excellent parking facilities which I needed. Rooms were big and the bathrooms excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant topped it all off. The gym looked good when I took a peek in and there always seems to be something going on. Will definitely be back.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
