The room was comfortable and clean, however the 15:00 check-in was delayed and our room was not ready until 15:15 which was a bit disappointing after a long day of travelling. Otherwise great experience. Location was good with lots of shops/ restaurants within walking distance.

A great value hotel. Gym was very nice, and the lobby games were fun. Location was close to the trains and very walkable to the city center. The mattress was the absolute hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and we were not informed about an available soft mattress pad until checkout day.

We have stayed on other Social Hubs elsewhere. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. Perfectly adequate if its little more than just a place to sleep. Room was serviced daily. All the facilities you would need except a pool. I wouldn't call it romantic but it is fairly priced and practical. It's really well located for the underground and S Bahn trains with direct link to airport.

Great location (close to Alex), free strong internet, coffee machine in the room, new bathroom, well isolated and quiet, 24h access, parking and bikes available. On the other hand, there always was a horrible draft in the room that could not be switched off, the beds were way too hard, only one chair in a double room. I also don't need these equal-gender policies as this has nothing to do with disrespect for any gender, as I am not interested to know who does not wash their hands using publicly available toilets. Parking is 22EUR per 24h.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
