I love this place. Stay mainly for work so I need it to be clean, comfortable and near the centre of Madrid. These basic requirements are met but it’s more. Staff are young but great, rooms are “simple” but comfortable and welcoming. The bar is great in the evenings especially the roof bar. Restaurant is good, breakfast fresh and varied. Can’t fault the place.

We stayed in social hub Barcelona and loved it so much we decided to stay in social hub Madrid too! The location is SUPERIOR! 🙌 Right across from the palace and walking distance from so many cool places. It's also right next to the transit so no matter the weather it was easy to get around from this hotel. Easier than a cab. The hotel is beautiful, rooms and staff and service were amazing! Breakfast is a little overpriced but the coffee is great, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options at the hotel. The whole place is very clean, modern, spacious and we hope to come stay again!

Stayed here for one night as a last minute booking for our flight. The vibe of this place is def more like a student house, a little tricky to find the reception but eventually found it. The rooftop is very cute, love the view. The room was clean, very standard. Stay was not terrible but not the best, would be good for a short stay.

The stay and room was ok. The location was good. The staff ok. But nothing like a 4 star hotel. Paid quite a hefty sum. Cleanliness was not great plus when I entered my room it was smelling - the next day the bed sheets were not changed but just dusted and kept the same - I could see my hairs on it. Same with the toiletries. It felt more like an expensive hostel than 4 star hotel.

Everyone working both on reception and during breakfast were always so helpful and kind. The whole vibe is different from any other hotel. We stayed here for 7 days and it was amazing. Thank you for everything!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
