        We booked Sohotel for our family vacation. It was perfect for our family of 5. My only gripe is the lighting is dim in the room but it was nothing major. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

        It was great for me. Great location. Rooms were clean. I was just around the corner from the check in desk, which I guess are the newer rooms. It was bigger than most rooms I’ve stayed at in New York. I didn’t have any issues with noise (from the HVAC) or temperature like some of the other reviewers. If you’re very sensitive to either, know it’s a very old building, so may not be best for you.

        This is a basic hotel, good for NYC where you do not want to be spending any more time than you need to in a hotel room. That said, the room was very small, bathroom even smaller, and the heat was uncontrollable, at 78-80 degrees despite all sorts of adjustments on the radiator. There are some places to sit in the hallways and in the multi-level lobby. Bed was comfortable despite the heat and it was quiet except for the false alarm for a fire, fortunately while I was still up. It was a block away from the Bowery Ballroom, where I went to a concert, and close to Chinatown and a few lesser museums. Close to Bowery Subway station.

        Rooms match the picture on the website... Basic rooms, they're friendly but nothing to talk about. The coffee that you pay through the service fee... Is terribly watered down.. I ended up buying instant coffee to add some flavour to it... My main concern is that the safes in the room are not safe, they have a mastercode which is very very easy guess and everyone knows in the hotel... This defeats the purpose of the safe. . . I mentioned that to the front desk and he just laugh. Those safe candy be opened with a special device or update the mastercode to something different that only try reliable people know... I mean seriously why do you have a safe that anyone can open, if something goes missing they going to say that no one would have access to the safe.... I'm not publishing the video of the very very easy to guess master code, but I have the video I showed to front desk agent which he laughed at instead of taking action... After this I didn't think it was worth to ask for anything

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
