        Great place to stay if you’re visiting NYC. The rooms are super cozy and bed extraordinarily comfortable. Double shower head and tub is a big plus and win for us. My fiancé thoroughly enjoyed her stay and the experience. Complimentary lemonade and cookies provided on entrance. Use your room key at Starbucks for 20% off. Friendly staff made check in so easy and smooth. I will definitely stay here again.?

        Honestly was a little skeptical because I read a bunch of the reviews after booking but this place is a gem! Super friendly staff, complimentary coffee/pastries and cookies/cocoa in the afternoon. So close to little Italy and china town (get your souvenirs there instead of in the city) and a cozy room. Room is small so for my boyfriend and I it was enough space but wouldn’t recommend for a family or somebody who spends a lot of time in the hotel. Great water pressure. Will absolutely stay again. I also loved that they allow you to leave your bags after you check out and can come back and get them if you have a later flight.

        What a pleasant treat to our trip; discovering the Solita SOHO Hotel. Perfectly located in the center of our week's work, we took an unknown chance and scored a hit with this hotel! Accommodations were exactly what we needed and more. It is clean, service orientated, and economical for a family stay that included little time in the hotel. Everything we needed for our stay was within walking distance or a short Car Ap ride away. The staff were very helpful and aided our stay immeasurably. We will definitely be back! What a gem!

        Stayed here for 2 nights with my son and his girlfriend. Fantastic experience. Judith was a rockstar. Would def stay here again. The price was super expensive, but all places are this time of year. Service was awesome. Clean and comfortable. Complimentary Starbies in the lobby was a huge plus.

        I do NOT recommend, as communications with the hotel are terrible, information we were able to get from their team is unreliable, and my family almost ended up with no place to sleep. I had booked a room more than a month in advance using their website and chose to pay extra for early check-in and late check-out. The confirmation from their website said reservations are charged at the time of booking, however I had nothing taken from my credit card and didn't receive an email confirmation, so I sent them an email using their webform. No response. Then I called them a few days later and heard everything was fine (according to them, I was only going to be charged at the moment of check-in). When my family arrived, there was nothing booked for them, even though I've never received any emails to let me know there was an issue with my reservation. They were put in a room with a yellow liquid dripping from the ceiling and things were so bad that they had to ask to be moved to another one. I called the hotel again to confirm whether the amount charged was correct and ask if it included the previously requested early check-in/late check-out fee, and was reassured that everything was correct, however my family was informed that there was nothing there regarding their late check-out. Do NOT stay there.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
