I will never stay at this hotel again. I’m never one to complain and I don’t expect much when it comes to hotels. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the hotel is reasonably clean. Upon arrival there is a $140 “service fee” in addition to what you have already paid for your room. Still not sure what this was for. It is also $30 a day to park there (also, in addition to what you already paid for the room itself). And you better really like who you’re staying with because the rooms are SMALL. TWO DAYS after arriving home back in Illinois I noticed another charge on my card from the southernmost inn for $25.37. When I called the hotel to inquire was this charge was for the front desk told me it “wasn’t showing up on their end.” And “I would need to call my bank and ask them”. Poor customer service and unnecessary charges that can’t be explained. If I could have gotten a refund upon trying to check in that’s what I would have done. There are plenty of other hotels/ motels in the immediate area with ample parking lots and larger rooms available.

Great overall experience. The location is fantastic, with a large portion of Key West's best bars and restaurants well within walking distance and the best beach about a mile away, you can't get much better. The hotel staff was also amazing. Kia gave me great information about the best places to visit which really helped ensure that I got the most out of my stay! While the rooms aren't anything special (and the stairs leading to them are a bit steep), I wouldn't put too much thought into it for this destination. Key West has far too much to offer to use your room for anything more than sleeping and getting ready to go back out!

Very good service here with a generous happy hour and breakfast buffet. Good and quiet location within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful courtyard gardens with a relaxing jacuzzi and refreshing pool.

Loved it - rooms should be cleaned better but ever since Covid the hotel industry seems to think that hotel rooms should not be thoroughly cleaned - I've seen this in every type of hotel from your Holiday Inn Express all the way to The Drake in Chicago - nobody cares anymore - sad state of travel these days. I would like to say that they did have a kick butt location for Key West for the price - overall good stay. Pools were also clean, which was appreciated 👍🏽

This place is most definitely the place to stay if visiting Key West!!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect and clean. The pool area was always nice and clean. The iguanas made for the perfect touch. I cannot express how perfect this place is. We will only stay here when visiting Key West. Oh and location is perfect. 20 minutes walk or bike ride to anywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
