Nice , quiet location. Pool looked lovely , and found staff friendly . But unfortunately our room was very unclean to the point where I hardly slept all night because of the state of it and creatures in bathroom & bedroom . Definitely was not able to relax here . Disappointing for the money

What a disaster, the place is understaffed and quite frankly so disappointing!! Rooms are quaint and the gardens are spectacular. Unfortunately they are not maintaining the rooms , our television didn’t work , and basin tap in the bathroom had a mere trickle coming out of it. The sauna they advertise as part of your package was out of order and not in operation on the men’s side. The breakfast service was a disaster of epic proportions!! One staff member was present, buffet was empty when we arrived for breakfast, and in a complete state of disarray ! Ordered two poached eggs from the waiter and an hour later the hens had still not laid them!! We left with empty stomachs, and outraged that the breakfast we paid for had not materialised! Our stay was a bad experience, and one we will never repeat !!

Scammer! I booked a room one day and cancelled it the same day as I had no use for it. I've been waiting 3 months for my refund (I even went to the hotel). I strongly advise against this, they keep throwing me from number to number and promise that I'll be reimbursed "soon", whereas the hotel's policy is to reimburse within 1 month maximum.

Very very nice resort for those who wishes to stay away from the crowds and loudness, people who wants to retreat and relax I highly advise, Location is kind of isolated, food is limited, only one kitchen they have, employees are also limited but they are nice and cooperative, The room is so beautiful and the bed is a piece of a cloud 👌🏻😍 Cant wait to go back there again.

I loved my stay at this Villa, We were here for a few days - the staff were so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. it was located along the beautiful mountains and felt like you entered a whole new world, the beds were comfy, the room was very clean and the staff even went out of their way to help us unlock our suitcase (we had lost the keys to it) with smiles and willingness it was so refreshing! The pool here is so incredible, we went during the cooler weather but still had a few dips because it was that great! I'd recommend this villa for a couple or even a honeymoon location - it is a little bit excluded from the town (about a 5 minute drive out ) but the company organises free shuttle buses to bring you to the other villa (The Beach) which is so handy!
