Unfortunately our accommodation to The Spanish Suite Piazza Di Spagna was a really bad experience. We stayed for 4 nights last winter and were not satisfied at all. First of all the reception was far away from the rooms that means that we had to walk carrying the luggage to reach the room. The photos on their official website have nothing to do with the actual rooms!!! We proceeded with the reservation and paid of a Deluxe room from their official website and they gave us a simple one! The formal response from the receptionist was that we had to book it from Booking website because there are more photos there!!! She was ironic and rude and finally did us a small discount as we paid much more for a deluxe room and she asked at the end ''Are you happy now?''. She seemed that she was having fun ang enjoying with our complaints as she told that every visitor wants the Deluxe room with the nice bathroom (which I doubt if exists!)...Just unacceptable... To access the room we had to open 4 doors, 3 by entering pin code in the building which was old, dirty and really dangerous! The floor was not stable at all so every time that we walked to the room it was seriously shaking! There was so much noise as it is next to a super market and trucks for stuff delivery were waking up us from 6 in the morning! There was no any cleaning service at all during our staying, aircon was not working and they didn't care to fix it although it was February and very cold! We do not recommend it and of course will not choose it again at our next visiting to Rome, there are so many other beautiful places for accommodation that respect the visitors.

Highly recommend! My partner and I stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of August and we’re very happy with our experience. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and in an absolutely perfect location, with many key spots in easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and responsive over email, especially the lovely girl Romana who greeted us when arrived and showed us our room. She’s an absolute gem and made us feel as though we already had a friend in Rome! She gave us many recommendations and nothing was always happy to see us if we had any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Spanish Suite on Via Victoria. Before our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful over email communication, letting us know how to check-in. We enjoyed meeting one of the friendly staff members in person, who walked us from the check-in desk to our room, and helped us book a driver for the airport at the end of our stay. The staff was also quick to respond to queries via email, which we greatly appreciated. It was the perfect location for us to explore several areas of Rome in 2.5 days- Pantheon, Colloseum, Vatican, Borghese Gallery were all accessible by foot from our hotel, if you’re willing to walk ~30 minutes in any direction. This hotel is also conveniently located next to several delicious restaurants and luxury shopping. We recommend a noise conditioner or earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as with most hotels in the city, there is noise coming from the hallway and the street outside. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a great location, helpful friendly staff, and a great value for the cost.

Location is quite good, near to spanish steps and all the eatery. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The reception is not at the hotel, so we got to walk to another part of the building which is about 10 minutes walk(not great when you have luggages), get registered and the staff will bring you to the actual hotel building. I would say this is more like a motel rather than a hotel. You will hear upstairs people walking in the room as it have very thin ceiling and wall. Toilet will have whirring machine sound when you turn on the water tap. Also the location to hang the towel touches the toilet bowl seat. Very bad design. The heating in the room doesn’t work, the wifi doesn’t work. Don’t bother asking their customer service for anything, they won’t reply on the Whatsapp number provided. Also, to enter the building, you need to unlock 4 doors. 3 doors using pin code and for the room door, you will use old fashioned physical key. Inside room door, you also need the key to lock/unlock. Will not recommend this hotel, probably can find a better one with around the same pricing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
