We had the 3 person room (doesn’t seem to be many places that hold 4) with one queen bed and one twin. Cozy pillows and mattresses and the water pressure and temperature were fantastic! The service was great! The staff all remembered my room number and were very accommodating and friendly. They helped with maps and circled points of interest for us. Their breakfast was totally worth the per person rate of $15- large selection of foods and drinks. We ate elsewhere a few times and ended up deciding at the hotel worked out to be cheaper and with a bigger selection of foods were more used to (eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, donuts, croissants and cereal, etc). The amenities are great with two hot tubs, a sauna and workout room. A few outdoor areas to enjoy, but the best part was the location. You’re basically right on the Vatican wall and very easy commute to everything Rome has to offer! It’s also reasonably priced. I definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel and location. You turn right out the door and you can see the Vatican walls. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I was a little confused as the website advertised gluten free options for breakfast, but when I asked the reception about this they said they didn't have gluten free. It was one of the reasons I picked the hotel, but it didn't stop our enjoyment of the stay. The hotel rooms are a nice size and have excellent, quiet air conditioning which was a salvation when it was 37 Celsius outside. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had an issue in our second night which the staff resolved immediately. Would definitely stay again and hopefully have some gf food next time!

A great place to stay for visiting the Vatican. Restaurants are within walking distance. Amenities are nice. Only issue we had was the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She was pretty rude to us.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Rome (ha) given that staying there was ancillary to our primary travel goal in Italy, and decided to book this hotel on a combination of price and avoiding the seeming minefield of Roman hotel service. We ended up with a "classic triple room" with 1 queen bed and 1 single (which doubles as a sofa). Although "smaller" rooms are expected in a city like this, we found the room fairly comfortably sized with an open wardrobe area, a small mini-fridge, and an equally small drink station on top. The room looked properly clean upon inspection with properly working AC, and the room control panel and shower had an interesting color-changing LED setup. The only quibble I had was that the room did not have a decent clothing iron and ironing board included, and when I requested one from the front desk, what arrived was a slightly wobbly board with protective caps missing from three of its four feet, and a leaky iron with the fill opening cover completely missing, which was worse than simply being leaky. We did not end up using any of the amenities during our short stay. As others have noted, the location is excellent, being right around the corner from the Vatican, the Metro (how we traveled to and from the hotel), and several food options; it's also located on a side street, so our stay was pretty quiet. The staff were all polite, if not friendly, but Chiara, who checked us in, seemed especially helpful. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.

We stayed in a 4 person family room on the top floor. We had a balcony with a partial view of the Vatican wall. Very clean and functional room. There is a hot tab and a steam room my daughter really enjoyed. Breakfast was very good buffet style with Brad selection of charcuterie pastries. I wish they made eggs to order, but they only had pre made omelet. Overall very happy with the hotel for our family site seeing grip.
