I spent four nights at this hotel in a deluxe double. My feelings are mixed. Positives: Kind and helpful staff. Quiet. Excellent location. Public bath (I went in the early morning). Washer/dryer. Negatives: Stained/dirty rug in room - I asked that it be removed. Terrible room layout. There is a way to make a small space functional, but this hotel missed the mark. Hard mattress/pillows - my body ached from sleeping. For the price $900 USD for four nights, definitely NOT worth it. I would stay elsewhere.

I stopped at the square hotel GINZA for a 4 night break whilst visiting Tokyo. Ive stayed in the Ginza area before and it’s a great place to base yourself if you’re exploring the wider Tokyo area due to its proximity to Tokyo Station. The check in process was quick and efficient, and all the hotel staff I came into contact with during my visit were very helpful and friendly. The room we had was very spacious and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the bathroom, which was a large walk in shower and bath. However, there were a few things that did make the stay a little less enjoyable. The mattress on the bed was hard, so I found it quite difficult to get to sleep. I also found that the room got quite light as it just had a blind. Those niggles did impact my stay somewhat, but not to the point it was too detrimental. We had breakfast included with our stay, which was served in the cafe in the main reception area. It was very good quality, with a wide range of items. The yoghurt with oats and fruit were really delicious, and the selection of breads were great. Overall, I did enjoy my stay in the square hotel GINZA. It was modern, clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again if I was to return to Tokyo, as its location is great.

Great location, lots of convenience stores and restaurants close by. Of course being in the middle of one of the world's most famous shopping districts is amazing. Hotel is modern Japanese style and works so well. Lots of interesting art. Good breakfast too.

I love this hotel! Its room is rather spacious, is clean and the best of bit of all - the service. Reception staff were so helpful when I wanted to courier an item to a friend before I checked out. Checking in and out was smooth, the public bath on level 2 was not bad at all - dyson hair dryers and good amenities! All in all, I'll recommend this to couples or families who pack light. The room will not accommodate clamshell suitcases in my opinion )as most Japanese hotels don't) but it will accommodate a huge 29 inch chest suitcase plus a few more hand carry luggages. Highly recommend. The location is also good, with a few options of convenience marts near by as well as a 24/7 Nakau (Japanese fast food chain restaurant). Would consider this hotel again next trip.

Loved this budget modern hotel. We stayed in the Premier Twin room which has three comfortable beds. It is decent size with enough space to open our luggages. Only odd design of this room is the toilet and basin are separate and in opposite end of the room. But that’s a minor issue. We stayed in the same hotel at beginning and end of our trip. In between, we went to Kyoto for a few nights. The hotel was able to store most of our luggages for us so we don’t have to take everything to Kyoto. That was a big plus. The large communal bath is a nice touch after a long day of site-seeing. Another bonus perk is the hotel provides free bicycles for you to borrow. We borrowed the bikes and cycled around Imperial Palace. It was awesome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
