Booked the mini single room. Among the smallest ever single room I've stayed in. Design is thoughtful and optimal though. Room is clean and all equipments work. The lobby has a hot / cold water dispenser and desks with charging plugs for work and internet surfing for paying guests. Highly recommended!

Check in 29/9/23 Check out 1/10/23 Room clean, VERY CLEAN Fresh Linen and towels. Mattress and pillow good condition Toilet also very clean no mold on walls or floor tiles! Air-conditioning COLD, very good! Easy access to food and mall. Front Desk, the Indian guy, sorry forgot his name, very friendly, helpful & informative. We would definitely wanna come back to stay here! p/s: forgot to take photos.. hehe

Very disappointing stay as it was advertised very well & thought we would give it a chance. The room is okay, clean, but not as new as advertised. The hotel staff are very inconsiderate as they make loud noises (banging of doors), speak loudly + walkie talkie noises can be heard outside my room starting from 730am onwards. This is unacceptable as people come to a hotel to stay and relax but I am unable to even get a good sleep because of how noisy it is. Please, if you see this review, please try to change the way things are done at the hotel especially so early in the morning.

Cleanliness: 1/10 Soundproof: 1/10 Staff: 5/10 Slipper was not provided in the room while the floor is not clean. Water pressure is low for the tap, but shower is ok. The soundproof was very very bad, you are able to hear the Singer just behind the karaoke even at 11pm. You are also able to hear neighbour room talking, and while neighbour room open the water tap. Found a cockroach in the room before checking out, and report to the frontdesk. They just said sorry, that's all. A very very bad experience hotel, if you have other choice, pls avoid this hotel.

The room without window is quite small, but clean. The hotel is really near to Tasek Central mall (walk 2mins). However, it's hard to find parking. If u book hotel during weekdays, u have to buy parking coupon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
