Pro tip: Jenny Wang's grocery store is within walking distance. Lots of first-rate imported foods—and they take U.S. credit cards! Another tip: the upstairs restaurants (Italian and Chinese) are better than the downstairs buffet. This hotel is expensive, but you're paying for the location. Service is outstanding. Rooms are getting a little dated. If your idea of a five-star hotel is the Ritz-Carlton, the facilities here don't quite measure up. But 4½* for sure; throw in the prime location and the service, and it's a very fine hotel.

I had my worst "luxury" hotel experience in Regis Beijing. I booked from Amex FHR and checked in on 09/11. The room was fine and all services on the first day were decent, which made me feel satisfied. However, at midnight there were two calls to my room, one at 2am and another at 3am, totally destroyed my sleep and I could not fall asleep again. I claimed this to the concierge immediately and what they told me was "it is working as intended because anyone can call you anytime and we could not look up who did it." I asked for further investigation the second day and I got the same response. Does it mean if I am a kid or sociopath I am allowed to call every room at midnight? Is it work as intended? This was not the end of it. The second day the hotel seemed to host an international summit. I was forced to pass a security check every time I walked outside the hotel. Participants crowded the whole lobby and everywhere else so I had to wait 20mins to get in the elevator. There were some security guys blocking some elevators and forbid me to get in, very rudely without any explanation. I wonder if I am the second class guest of this "luxury" hotel, or am I paying less than those who booked the summit so I was less respected? I was not respected through the whole tour. This is the worst hotel I have been to.

Very neat, clean and comfy Hotel. I was there for 3 Christmas tree celebration. Had 4 meals there and be there more than 10 days. The lobby has a very specific smell that I can still remember from its photos! Very professional personnel. Worth the price. The hotel is in a very strategic location near Jianguomenwai diplomatic apartment, Canadian hospital (UFH Jianguo clinic), 5 minutes walk to Ritan park. Near U-town, The place, Parkview green, Silk Market malls. A 24hrs Cantonese restaurant is 1 minutes away in addition to BLT restaurant, ATM, Starbucks, Subway, Yunnan cuisine, Jenni’ Wang supermarket (friendship), happiness mart, iMax. 2.2Km ride to forbidden city and Tian’anmen sq. that you can go straight the Jianguomen street to the west by bike. Near drugstore, spa and... 5 minutes walk to exit B, Jianguomenwai subway station line 1,2.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
