        We had an amazing stay here with a beautiful room overlooking the lake and river. The room was spacious and we really appreciated them providing champagne and a dessert in the room to celebrate my birthday. The room and the shower/bathroom were large and it was nice having a small closet area to change and keep our items in. Everyone who works there was amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk, and the complimentary car to take guests places within 2 miles was the cherry on top. If I had to pick the smallest detail to nitpick, I wish the indoor pool was heated more - in January, it was a little too cold for this Texas girl to enjoy - but if that's the only thing to think of to improve, I'd say it must've been a pretty wonderful experience.

        Wonderful property from all perspectives! The service team is extraordinary. I am a Marriott platinum member which maybe common for a lot of guests in these days. They took our request for room upgrades seriously and upgraded us in advance even before check in! The butler service team is responsive and responded to all our requests before our stay. The front office is professional, gentle and super nice! Welcome champagne at the time of check in. Valet parking is also super professional and though it seems expensive at the first glimpse, the service definitely worth the money which includes unlimited in and out privileges and quick retrieval of the vehicle. The hotel and the room is beautiful, shining and clean. The view of the room is gorgeous with a view of the river and part of the navy pier. There was welcoming desert in the room prepared by the hotel which was delicious! Room service is prompt, taking less than 3 minutes for the butler to come. More importantly, a common criticism before which was they do not offer free breakfast or breakfast credits for platinum and higher members has now been changed. They offered 60$ breakfast credit which was very useful. In all, this is one of the best luxury hotels in my mind in Chicago and I for sure highly recommend this property!

        We had an incredible experience at the property and throughout our interactions. We had the pleasure of having Alyssa assist us with check in and check out. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job making us feel welcomed and is the reason we’ll be coming back to enjoy the Italian restaurant. Alejandro was an amazing butler who went above and beyond for us and Gabriel was professional, friendly and detail oriented in assisting us in coming to/leaving from the property. Stephanie was also someone my girlfriend wanted to give a shout at to as she had a great experience at the spa!

        Beautiful hotel in the best location right on Chicago River. Welcoming staff at the entrance and Front Office. Champagne offered during check in and wealth of information provided by the Butler who walked us to our beautiful room. Room was gorgeous and very clean, with beautiful amenities. Bathroom had a spacious tub, as well as shower. Beds were very comfortable. Large pool and fitness center with beautiful views of the River and Lake Michigan. House car was available for rides within 2 miles radius. I highly recommend and thank you for wonderful stay!

        Make sure you get a butler! I've stayed at one other St. Regis and that was in Bangkok so there were some high expectations going in. This hotel is really new and it's well appointed. We were greeted with champagne and asked if we wanted a butler. I declined. I wish I didn't. They give you a tour of your room as well as insights to activities and interesting facts as well as unpack and answer questions. It's a signature service of St. Regis. I had one in Bangkok and thought it was a great service but a novelty. They are far more than that. Hindsight. On to the property. The room was big with a great view and a huge bathroom. Very well appointed. One thing I noticed in difference to the other St Regis is the lack of smaller details. It may be cultural but the other felt like it had many curated items like separate leather boxes for remotes. This room, while well appointed and big. Felt more neutral. Not bad I suppose, I still liked it. The service is wonderful as to be expected. The location is right on the river with great views. I liked it here and it's a great stay but it seemed like it's personality is still developing. That's not too surprising given it's under a year old.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
