        The St Regis is an outstanding hotel with an amazing service. Unfortunately our stay was not as great as expected as we’ve been woken up by the room service at 1:30am to deliver some tea we never ordered - it was confirmed later to be an issue on the room number. The reception sent their apologies in the morning

        Young staff not well trained (yet) quality rooms but materials used not top notch so wear & tear starting to show. $500 rooms without washlet or bidet that is not acceptable in Asia. No sauna only small steam room with construction error that could be potentially harmful; bench get too hot. Staff advised to place towels on the seat but that doesn’t work well and is not how a steam room is designed. Compliments to Priscilla and Claudio

        The end to end experience is superb. Definitely ranks the best hotel experience I have experienced so far. Service is great and there is an intro to the features available. Hardware is outstanding. Intuitive and ease of use. They make simple things look elegant. The intro to the St Regis brand (done by Henry Golding) on the Marriot Channel is nicely done. Celebrated my birthday for a few nights here. The surprises by the butler team is an everyday affair! Thanks for the token of appreciation! The theme for this brand revolves around "We will take care of the smaller things while you can be busy with the bigger things" :) I would also like to express my appreciation of the service provided by my Butler (Angel). She made the stay enjoyable with all the little arrangements. Thanks.

        Wow wow wow! The St Regis Hongkong has been one of the best stays we‘ve ever had (and we‘ve stayed in the best hotels worldwide). Right from the start did Karry make us feel welcome and treated us amazingly. She is extremely professional and service oriented, would give her 100 stars if we could! Thank you for the special treats and gifts, we really appreciate it! Unfortunately, we missed the champagne ceremony, however Tony didn’t hesitate to bring us another glass of champagne and another special treat. Thank you so much for this, we felt extremely well looked after and so special. The dinner at L‘Envol has been phenomenal. The food and service were excellent and worth their 2 michelin stars. Breakfast was delicious as well. We cannot wait to come back to St Regis Hongkong. Thank you to all the amazing staff, our honeymoon stay was just perfect. Kind regards Cristina & Adam

        The hardware and services of this hotel are excellent! When I checked in, I was very happy to find that I was upgraded to a metropolitan suite! At the same time, because it happened to be my birthday during my stay, the hotel also thoughtfully provided me with cake and champagne to celebrate! This hotel will be my best choice when I go to Hong Kong!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
