        Booked guest room, city view with butler service for my wife birthday. Warm greetings by the front desk person. Very professional. Satisfied with the room setting and complimentary decoration as per my request with cake and chocolate. The room is very clean and tidy. Had a pleasant stay. Surely will come for my next visit.

        This is a very opulent hotel. The rooms are possibly the best I have ever stayed in in KL - they are large, comfy and very well appointed. The pool and gym are excellent as are the lobbies and halls. The breakfast is excellent and you should come here to try it. The location is good if you use a cab to get around KL, not great for walking and the building is not easy to get to. The staff are all efficient, but I would not describe them as friendly or welcoming - more stoic and formal. I am giving 4 stars, as the hotel has overcharged me for taxes, even after we discussed this on check out. They have also not replied to my email contact about this issue.

        We have stayed at numerous Marriott properties worldwide, and by far this hotel has the best service and amenities of any big city downtown hotels we have stayed, including the St Regis New York. The staff here are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you are pampered while you stay here. The butler service is extremely well coordinated. Check-in and check-out is very seamless, and done privately at individual sit down tables. We were provided a tour of our room and a thorough overview of the amenities. The staff ensure you are well taken care of, including confirmation of how you’re getting back to the airport. For those travelling with medications requiring special handling, like ice packs, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience. No questions asked, they were able to freeze the ice pack and even asked for a specific time to deliver the ice pack to our room.

        The location: The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance KL Sentral Station or you can take the shuttle that take you from the station to the hotel, from 07:15 to 23:45 with 15 minute intervals.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The lobby: Upon entering to the hotel, you will see a grand lobby with the high ceiling and large painting of a polo match on both sides of lobby where the receptions are located. The Room: The room that I stayed was Deluxe room at 21st floor (highest floor of hotel, not residency). The room was specious, high ceiling with a marvelous entryway, bathroom and walk-in closet. There was unique mini bar in room there you can find goodies like coffee machine, snack items, beverages that filled the fridge to the brim including a number of liquors (such as Veuve Clicquot champagne). Note only the coffees and teas are complimentary.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The Butler Service: One of the hallmarks of the hotel is the butler service. (I wish I am Bruce Wayne 😂😂😂😂😂). The Butler arrived shortly after I get to my room and introduced herself and offers a tray of coffees and teas. As far as I understand, the butler service includes packing and unpacking of luggage, drawing a bath, ironing clothes, etc. Perhaps, I should find out more in my next stay with this hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Final Verdict: No doubt about the hotel room as it always maintain a very high standard. What really standouts were the additional Butler service that offered to guests. It brings the entire guest experience to another level. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again.

        OMG! What an experience to stay in this hotel. Everything was Royal and expensive, amazing staff. Amazing breakfast and dining area. We also got a butler. KL was our last holiday stop and the hotel made it an amazing trip for us

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
