The check in manager is the worst guy I have ever met in my life. We have been regulars at St. Regis and other Boyvoy hotels across many locations and we have never experienced such behavior. As we were checking with company’s friends and family rates, this manager rudely rejected and did not allow us to check in because my girlfriend did not have her company id with her. The reservation note in the hotel got her company details wrong and refused to correct for her. If he spent one second to correct the company name and review company policy then he would realize that 1.) this is per policy review the company policy are not allow to show id too and 2.) this is a friends and family rates of the company not the employees only. Above all else, he had a very bad attitude with us. He would curse at my girlfriend and her sister who are both gold and platinum members in Japanese (hoping that we wouldn’t understand) but her sister is fluent in Japanese. This behavior is unacceptable anywhere and let alone the hotel of this scale. We have never been treated this poorly. We are very disappointed with the manager of St. Regis Osaka. We don’t want to go back there ever again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The St. Regis in Osaka! The warm and inviting service made our stay memorable. The spacious and comfortable room offered breathtaking views. The delicious breakfast with diverse options and the unforgettable 7-course dinner at La Veduta exceeded all expectations. The hotel's prime location above the subway station added convenience to our stay. Highly recommended for couples and families – a five-star gem in Osaka!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and would like to share my experience. The hotel's prime location makes it convenient for commute. The interior design and furnishings are exquisite, creating an elegant atmosphere. The soundproofing in the rooms is exceptional; even for someone sensitive to noise like myself, the air conditioning is nearly silent—making it one of the few hotels where I don't feel the need to turn off the AC to sleep comfortably. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally warm and the daily room service is thoughtful and attentive. However, there are a few drawbacks, such as the absence of a pool and a lackluster lobby. The check-in process on the 12th floor can be time-consuming, and there's an additional elevator transfer to reach the rooms. The breakfast, while adequate, doesn't quite match the hotel's overall standard. Additionally, the modern amenities in the rooms are somewhat lacking, with only motorized curtains and no USB charging ports. Overall, despite these minor shortcomings, my stay was enjoyable. Thank you St. Regis Osaka!

I made reservation for a Christmas dinner at the Rue d'Ore restaurant. I have to say the service and the taste of the food was good. However, the portions were too small for the price paid. I know it is an international/ French cuisine but I also expect to have a reasonable quantity for the 4 course menu. I hope you take into consideration my comments. Because of this, I would not come back for dinner again.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service attitude was disheartening. The front desk staff were unfriendly and indifferent to our questions and needs. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were quite outdated. The breakfast options were limited, and the food quality was unsatisfactory. The most unacceptable part was having to wait 40 minutes in line for breakfast. When I ordered a Japanese breakfast, the waiter brought it to me and simply placed an empty water glass in front of me. The room wasn't ready until 5 PM, with the excuse being that guests from Singapore checked out late. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
