        My recent stay at St. Regis Rome was truly wonderful. The hotel room was beautifully designed and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff at the hotel was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast staff, who provided delicious and amazing food every morning. The breakfast spread was exquisite, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The only minor drawback I would mention is that the hotel is located a little further away from luxury brands and shops. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience, as the hotel more than made up for it with its exceptional service and amenities. I highly recommend St. Regis Rome for anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Rome. I look forward to visiting again in the future.”

        Exceptional on all counts. We received the most extraordinary service from Elena at breakfast and in the evening for a light snack at the Luna bar. She made us feel like movie stars. Warm, genuine, attentive, and engaging (without being intrusive) We had travelled Italy for 3 weeks and this was the best hotel experience we had. In fact, I think it's the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. We wouldn't be able to find fault in our two day experience if we tried. We were so impressed by the service in the restaurant we spoke with the manager, Caroline. She was equally warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a special and memorable stay, it's worth the splurge.

        Upon arriving we were greeted with smiles, we were early for check in and they still had our room - we even got an upgrade. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were nice and had recently been upgraded. They gave us a nice reception in the evening with a sword champagne opening. Breakfast was very enjoyable, we really enjoyed the personal service we received from Elana each day as well as the chef making the omelets.

        When I booked here, I was so excited to stay. It got great reviews. But, while it has a luxurious reputation, my recent two night stay was marred by several issues. - The bathtub was broken, causing the tub shower attachment to hit my wife’s face (the tub was set to come out of the spigot, but unknown to us it didn’t work, so the high pressure water came out of the shower attachment) - The toilet ran constantly after flushing - The in-room fridge (or, what looked like the in-room fridge to my wife and me) malfunctioned, leading to food spoilage. I communicated the water issues before our first night (did not discover the fridge issue until check-out day) and the maintenance employee they sent became frustrated at the problem. I was told it would be fixed the following day. Everything was eventually fixed, but it meant we had no water in the room the next day. I normally would have expected a room move given the issues but none was offered and they didn’t seem keen on helping. I understand things happen but it was unexpected - out of all the places we stayed on our trip, the St. Regis was the only place with issues. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better service or at least a working bathroom. It is a beautiful looking hotel but you may have a better experience elsewhere.

        When arriving or leaving the hotel front entry way, it seems intimidating or congested. I’d encounter hotel staff and/or doormen huddled steps from the main doors. A few times, it felt welcoming. After checking in, I appreciated the invitation for champagne gathering on my day of arrival. It was a cool moment to see a small ceremony and share a drink toasting. The decor and style of this hotel is simply stunning. It’s styling is in its own luxurious class. The bar named Lumen, past the lobby, is elegantly perfect for sipping on your favorite cocktails to dining. The Room : the bed’s comfort level was above average. I expected a more plush soft bed. While laying in my bed and having a chandelier in my room, it did make me forget about my bed momentarily as I admired its shimmer. I asked for double beds prior to my stay. My request was granted. However, I would have desired a bit more space between the beds than the given accommodations being separated close to each other. If you have a room window, it’s likely facing another tall building with windows that people peer out through. I would have desired to have sheer curtains to make use of natural lighting without having the neighbor’s spectating directly into my room with the curtains open. The solid window dressings are either open or closed. The Bathroom : the shower stall and soaking tub is small but average for European standards. The large handle makes turning around inside difficult if you are larger than the average sized person. The shower door and bathroom door seem to have run into each other many times, leaving a notch eaten out on the wooden bathroom door. I was surprised to discover a radiator/towel warmer in the toilet stall area. It is a luxury appliance I am not familiar with and truly found it satisfying. In comparison to the main lobby floor having elegant decor and styling, I found the hallways of the rooms to be simple and bland. There wasn’t much color or relativity to what I saw on the main floor.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
