        Great experience, except for the random blackout just in my room (without using any hair dryer, kettle, etc that would trip the breaker). The blackout was fine, but the way the staff handled it was disappointing for a luxury hotel.

        One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. Rooms are extremely large (real suites) and bright with generous bathrooms. Regardless the room orientation, you always have a fantastic view of Shanghai. Service can be pretty cold sometimes, depending on the staff's proficiency in English. Food is good, with an Occidental generous menu list.

        Very disappointed! I used corporate discount to book this hotel. The front desk verified my corporate email account when I checked in with no issues. But they then billed me with the regular price after I checked out without saying anything. After I proactively talking to them, they finally admitted the mistake, and say they would refund me. But it has been 2 months and they have not confirm with me the refund amount and the refund still have not arrived yet.

        I don’t hope I am biased but I wanted to give St Regis Jingan the best possible review because this is probably my best hotel experience in a year. I booked the executive deluxe room and the staffs are super helpful to change my room where I can see the Shanghai oriental pearl tower view. The executive lounge provided a la carte menu for dinner and lunch. The happy hour are on the ground floor with side dishes. Facilities are well maintained and the staffs not only trained to be professional but also make you feel welcomed. Overall, it’s much better St Regis experience than all other ST Regis I’ve stayed. Will definitely come back!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
