        I have read few comments regarding ‘not up to the standard’ service. I found that the services are hospitable and welcoming for all outlets. All the waitresses/waiters are friendly and attentive, however the way they speak are sometimes a bit too casual (how they construct sentences) which is quite common among young gen and it’s quite rare to find Thai service friendly AND professional at the same time. We have 2 labs with us and the facilities suit our activities. We travel with our dogs extensively and our labs are loved by all staffs which is quite rare as they are big. Lots of spaces for our dogs. We definitely come back. We stay in the villa and it would be nice to have outdoor chairs to hang around under the shade when it’s raining

        A modern trendy five star hotel in Huahin handy for local bar’s restaurants all in walking distance nestled by the beach with direct access. Beautiful rooms suites & villas with a fresh Californian feel designed in sunshine yellow & white all well appointed. Breakfast could be organized better no one was available to offer a place to dine however food was fresh tasty & of a good quality. The Lido & Thai restaurant are excellent staff were helpful & friendly. The pool area is comfortable & the bar area is relaxing good music whilst sipping well made cocktails. Personally I would prefer not have pets near dining areas, too many dogs in push chairs not my idea of a sophisticated hotel stay.

        My first stay here here was good, but not reflective of a five star experience. Here are some notable points Check in : was splendid. Staff went their way out to engage and also explain the ways around the resort since it was my 1st time. Rooms : Comfy, modern & clean. I especially loved the built in balcony sensor that switches off air conditioning if there doors were left open. Shows that the hotel cares about sustainability. Vibe: Relaxing. They have these bird sounds playing on the speaker that gives you a good natural atmosphere. Pool bar service: my biggest letdown. Pool bar staff has a demeanour that you know it’s not just service minded. They were loud and chatty and didn’t smile when they saw me waking over to the bar. Didn’t greet me or ask me what I would like to have. I ended ordering but 2 1 free beer promo but my empty beer bottle was left sitting for a long time and no one came to ask if I needed another bottle or a refill. Of course I went to ask for it but it gave me “pub vibes” and even pubs do better. Mind me if it’s high season I won’t be expecting this level of service but when you have less than 10 people at the entire pool area I think I’m not really asking a lot. Lounge sofas and sitting areas: needs ti be cleaned especially with the leaves dropping on it constantly doesn’t make it inviting me to sit down. Breakfast service: confusing. My first time ordering food was fine then after nobody seems to notice me raising my hands asking for a new coffee. I was told to call out the staff if I wanted anything ordered but nobody came. I had 2 coffees and I was already feeling tired. If would have been better if I was told that I can walk over to the food sections order directly. Only the lady manning the check in (dressed in green) was very attentive. Check out : Super let down. Nobody came to take our luggage and offered to bring it to our car despite requesting for our car plate number. Weather was hot and I had to carry all my luggage on my own to the car park. Don’t think this is expected of a 5 star at all. All in all I came with good expectations but left with slight sour aftertaste. However I must point out it was my personal opinion so feel free to read with an open mind.

        Second visit! Even the high amount of guests all staffs are all busy but still take good care of us. The design and landscape are all beautiful and relaxing. Had a chance trying dinner at praça all are in good quantity and delicious. Breakfast was various and delicious, especially the noodles station is cute. Definitely come back here again ❣️
