An absolutely amazing hotel in a perfect location. Every single person working at Story Hotel goes out of their way to make sure you have the best stay possible. Seriously, I don’t know how they hire such nice people! If you’re a light sleeper, the rooms in the back of the hotel are perfect as they’re completely silent. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again in the future. Thanks for making our time in Istanbul so memorable!

Quaint 20 room hotel tucked into a quiet street in the heart of Taksim. I'll be honest, I don't understand the turkish hotel star system, so I won't try to compare it to other 4 star hotels I've stayed at but I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, good location, and friendly staff. I should note the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel is already in a great location (one of the most popular streets in Istanbul) but the staff gave me a lot of good suggestions for when I wanted to escape the tourist scene and cosplay as a local. They also found a pharmacy open on sundays for me and also showed me a great Baclava spot for locals.

good hotel, next to Istikal shopping street and Galata tower. Room is large and has a very good bed. Cleaning is top notch and staff friendly. Not 4 stars because there is a lot of noise issues at night from the nearby disco. It kept me awake until 2 a.m. every night. Too bad otherwise definitely 4 stars

Absolutely fabulous! Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. I loved the free portable Wi-Fi modem they provide for you when you explore the city. Definitely coming back!

Great hotel right off Istiklal Street. Very friendly and helpful employees. The room was spacious and clean, and had a view on the Bosporus. Great pricing. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
