The Strand Boutique is a relaxed hotel near the White Beach, Station 1 and Diniwig beach. The hotel itself and the suites are affordable and incredible value for impeccable service. The staff, in particular Mark and Gerald are welcoming, kind and generous - they went above and beyond to make our time with them special and memorable. The suites are spacious, clean, simply designed and comfortable. We had breakfast included and had dinner there for my sister's birthday, where every meal was delicious and cooked with care and love.

Beautiful little hotel at the north end of station 1 in Boracay. White beach is a 2 minute walk, diniwid beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. The night-life district in station 2 and 3 is a 20 minute walk, but you can always easily order a trike. The hotel itself is a row of old-style two-story houses along a very large and green garden area. There is a small pool, facilities for getting a massage and a kitchen for all day dining and room service. Breakfast is served evey day in a restaurant area next to the pool. The food is actually quite good, i recommend testing a few of the items on their menu. The rooms are very spacious, well ventilated and air conditioned. The area around the hotel is very quiet, so it is easy to get a good nights sleep. The staff is super friendly and will help you with literally anything. Only downside is the poorly illuminated 150m footway between the hotel and white beach, that might be a bit unsettling at night. Also the road to the hotel is narrow and under construction. In summary i really enjoyed my stay at The Strand and can fully recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and upscale accomodation away from the buzz and noice of the party area in Boracay.

Service was great! The staffs are very courteous. The place had enough space for comfort. I only hope they would have a bigger TV in the living room instead of a 26" set and air purifier, too. They should have a water dispenser instead of us asking pitchers of water everyday. Stayed in their penthouse.

Very affordable stay in station 1. staffs are very friendly and accommodating and the service is 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Rooms are very spacious, the whole place is relaxing and quiet. This hotel is very much recommended. We appreciate how the staff made extra service when there was a black out in bora, the street is so dark and one of the staff accompany us going to the mall just to make sure we are ok. Thank you mga kuya and ate ❤️

The hotel is near by the white beach, Station 1. It's a more quite place to stay for vacation, to relax and also have quick access to the white beach. Diniwig beach is also very near by the Hotel, a little bit hidden, but you can go there by going to the right, it's a smaller beach, enjoyable. The hotel itself and the suites are very affordable, pricing is good. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Wishes like to get fresh mango from a tree in the hotel, they don't mind and pick you some of these. Suites are spacious, clean, are simple designed and comfortable. Well cooked dishes by room service is really delicious, you can have a try, it's worth it. Breakfast needs more variety. Not a lot to choose, we had tasty bread or rice. Some corned beef and eggs and fruits to choose of. If you plan to travel around the island, just order a E-Tricycle and they will you bring for 100-200 pesos to most of the places. Want to stay in a hotel more different than the others in a more quite area near Station 1, this is the right one

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
