This was great when I entered this tower. I just thought it was going to be some normal hotel when I saw the height of the amazing place. So my family was getting a room to stay in for a few days and for because we were going to California to meet my cousins and I was amazed by the huge place. Sometimes they would serve food and it was great and it was easy to locate where your room was and everything was fun. And trust me, if you take the special elevator to the top floor you will have the best experience of a view EVER! You could even see the Las Vegas sphere from a view! I totally recommend this place to people who are traveling.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. We booked a nonsmoking room, but the room was filled with smoke and we had to request a new one. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were thin, so it was very loud. We ate at the Cafe Strat for breakfast, and it was truly gross. A Denny's would have been a better choice by far. On our last night, when we tried to enter the parking structure, the mechanical gates weren't working and there was no security guard in the booth to help us. We had to call the front desk to transfer us to a security officer, who was very rude and made fun of us for "not being able to push a button." When they arrived, they also found that the gate did not work and ran around for 15 minutes trying to find a key before another guest simply lifted up the gate and the security guards waved us through. The issue wasn't resolved when we left the following morning, and security guards were manually opening each gate and double checking people had paid for parking. It took over 30 minutes to leave, and I'm shocked that they still tried to charge for parking under the circumstances. After all of that, they did not charge my card correctly and I had to call the front desk again, who transferred me to the parking company to fix the charge. Overall, this was a customer service experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. Stay somewhere else.

Check-in was a breeze with the online text. Got our key quick once we arrived, and the room was ready. We had a king renovated room, and it was a decent size. There was no view but not a big deal. We were only sleeping here. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice sized bath. Would have been nice to have real glass wear instead of plastic to have a wine in. Also had a small fridge and coffee maker. It is not a luxury stay but a good one. The renos are looking great, and you do need to make a trip to the top for the spectacular views!!!

I went for a friends bday Saturday until Wednesday 5days 4 nights. Easy checking I checked in at the desk but they have self check in . The room was okay don’t think they cleaned great because I found a used mask n my room . The bathroom looks like a concrete prison bathroom. Not that many channels offered on television. The bar staff was pleasant and fast . The whole building smells like a old cheap motel .

The restaurant was a fun and exciting experience. The rotating floor gave us a 360 view of Vegas and rotates slow enough that about the time you finish you do a full rotation. The chocolate cake dessert was an epic finish. Great way to see Vegas but not for the faint of heart.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
