Went for Christmas Eve brunch. We waited too long for drinks and service. The fresh seafood was great, but that was about it... no soup except miso. Was told there were no condiments like mustard or horseradish for the carvery until we asked a manager. I don't recall seeing any decent bakery, and the patisserie was terrible. Oh, the cheese selection was excellent. Iconic hotel that sadly no longer meets expectation. And the price...ouch!

I had an amazing experience in Sukhothai, Bangkok. Due to a reservation system issue, they graciously offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was quite impressive. Especially noteworthy was the Korean assistant, Ella. She meticulously informed us about the location of the nearest laundry facility, making it convenient for us to manage our laundry needs. Additionally, the pool assistant, Reaw, demonstrated exceptional customer service. Overall, this contributed to a remarkable experience.

Wonderful Oasis in vibrant Bangkok. We had a incredible generous room with terrace overlooking pool. Architecture with historic roots, hotel rooms, amenities, restaurant, lounge, 25m pool!, spa area all are beautifuly individually designed, comfy, so many interior and exterior hand crafted and selected regional and world class furniture. Great management, staff and service. Delicious brunch/ breakfast for all tastes. Its like feeling coming home and meeting friends. 100% recommendation. price totally justified. We will come back for sure.

The staff couldn’t be more professional and hospitable if they tried. Best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in over 15 years of travel. Only thing that needs to change is for the hotel to work with the property next door to redirect their exhaust fan so it’s not blowing into the pool kabana. Make sure you get an airport transfer to and from the hotel to really feel like royalty!

The service, tranquil surrounds and quality of this hotel lives up to every 5 star expectation. We had a wonderful honeymoon here while in Bangkok for 4 nights. Thanks to K. Thomas and k. Boy for making the stay unforgettable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
