Nice room and staff.. The lobby was huge and provided with many chairs for you to wait your friend. The breakfast was great and the location is near to shopping centers.. it also has airport's limousine bus stop infront of the hotel's door and has toilet in the lobby.. it is a little bit too far from subway train station and has no front canopy, when we arrived in rainy days, everything got wet.. a big chance of choosing to stay here again when traveling to Seoul..

I am japanese.But It was my first trip to Korea and I had a hard time choosing a hotel, but I'm glad I chose this one. I don't know if it was easy to access since it was a short stay, but I had no problems getting around by taxi. The hotel staff were all very kind, and when I asked about the location of the coin laundry, a female staff member guided me to it. The female staff at the lounge were cheerful and kind, and the bear that came with the iced Americano was very cute🐻 I would definitely like to go there again. The room was also spacious and clean. Thank you for providing us with an enjoyable stay.

Clean rooms, good location!!! RUDE Receptionist!!! If you traveling with babies toddlers, DO NOT STAY in this hotel. NO COT, NO high chairs in the restaurant’s downstairs :( Rude receptionists never wanted help. I was with 14 months baby and 5 months pregnant alone. Just needed a little help with lifting my check in luggage and stroller. But receptionists told me it is not their job to help. There were no other guests around. They told me that this is business hotel, no babies allowed. WHY the hell did you accept my booking when I booked a room with my 14 month old. Really unfriendly rude front desk people. Housekeepers were really nice though.

We paid for a **** hotel, instead we found out it was a *** hotel. Not their fault maybe but it was not waht we expected (we complained to the travel agency). People were nice and helpful when needed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
