We spent one night at the summit which I had planned as a surprise for our anniversary. From the time we entered the hotel until we checked out the experience was phenomenal. The breathtaking view from the room is by far the best I've come across from an upcountry boutique villa. The service of the staff, the main course meals and desserts, cleanliness of the rooms, speed of room service and the arrangements made by the staff for additional requirements we had made were impeccable. The main highlight was the candle light dinner organized at the roof top terrace which was mindblowing and out of this world. If anyone is looking for a gateway and some time to be spent in seclusion with your loved ones away from the hustle bustle of the city, the summit is the ideal choice. Kudos for a job well done team! Keep up the great work.

Our time at The Summit was nothing short of magical! The rooms are not just beautifully designed, they offer a breathtaking view of the city that left us in awe. The service was outstanding. They surprised us with an unforgettable dinner on the rooftop terrace and even arranged a bottle of red wine. The food was a culinary delight. I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional it was. Throughout our 10-day journey in Sri Lanka The Summit stood out as the highlight, providing an experience unlike any other. For the breakfast which we had on our private terrace in the room, I chose coconut rotti and fish curry, which was also super yummy. To every detail, our stay was memorable. It’s not an exaggeration to say it was the best hotel and offered the finest Western food we encountered. As we left, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the unforgettable memories created. Thank you, Summit, for making our stay in Sri Lanka truly extraordinary!

We had a great stay at the Summit. Very personalized service from the manager, Pradeep, and his team. They gave us an exceptionally warm welcome and were always super friendly. Although the location is a bit of a windy drive up the hill from the centre of Kandy, the views are incredible. Food was also really nice. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay if visiting the area!

We stayed at this property for 3 beautiful days The room has breathtaking panaromic view of the mountains. The room is clean and well maintained and the staffs were super friendly. The breakfast served was delicious. This property lies on top of a mountain and during the mornings you can see the mist greeting you from your room balcony saying Hi. I would highly recommend this place. It was a beautiful experience.

Huge spacious rooms. Beautiful boutique property. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kandy. 20 mins away from the main city but absolutely worth the views and the peace. Amazing meals and courteous staff as well. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
