The hotel is beautiful, it does have some wear and tear, but it looks lovely. I felt like royalty when we pulled up and the car door was opened for us. Jazz music plays in the lobby, there is a door man who is always very polite and attentive. The rooms are nice, everything in the room feels very luxurious; the drapes, bed, pillows duvet, couch, couch pillow cases. But with all this amazing quality, why is there no microwave in my room? And there was no fridge for our own personal drinks we had bought. Only a fridge that has a small sign that says if you take a drink, you are charged. Which my partner didn't know and took 3 waters out to put his beer in. Other than the fridge and no microwave, this was a lovely hotel to stay at. Plus we saw Joel McHale in the lobby when we were checking in. Celebs stay here, so it should suffice your expectations.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The restaurant is decent. The rest of the place is not at all in line with what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The pool is something to behold, and not on a good way. It needs a full overhaul. The main washrooms on the lobby level are also terribly outdated. I was put in a room on the top floor, which is also in desperate need of renovation. It was like a step back to 1995. Everything in the room - including the mattress - was worn and in need of replacement. The bathroom was especially bad, as the bathtub couldn’t even be used because the drain stopper wouldn’t work. The room was very dusty, causing me to wake up congested and sneezing. The worst part was the heating, or lack thereof. The room was unbelievably cold. I cranked the heat to 28 degrees Celsius all night, but the ambient air temperature still didn’t go above 20 degrees Celsius. I woke up a couple of times during the night because I was so cold. Having to get up early the next day and realizing that the issue wasn’t that the heater wasn’t working but rather that the single heat vent just isn’t enough to keep the room warm, I didn’t bother calling maintenance. I spoke to another guest on my floor who had the same issue. I mentioned it to the desk agent upon check-out, and he could not have cared less. I wasn’t asking for a discount, but he quickly became defensive and agitated. Anyhow, my recommendation is to go to a better property. I only stayed one night and moved on to somewhere much nicer.

We stayed here for 5 nights during American Thanksgiving week. The location alone is worth 10 stars!!! So close to Robson street and a train station. I think we only needed to take a taxi once. We were able to walk or train anywhere from here. The in room amenities include: shampoo/conditioner, loofah, shower cap, coffee, robes, slippers, bar soap. We were on the 21st floor, had a nice view of the city. They have ongoing construction but only until 3pm. Their shower head needs updating. My only true issue was the beds — too soft for me and my husband - he had back pain at the end of the trip. My son had a rollaway bed and you can feel the metal bed springs when you laid on it. They also have a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed a few times. Would definitely come back!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While there were some standout aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. First impressions matter, and the hotel's lobby certainly left a positive mark. It's a nice, spacious area with an inviting ambiance. However, one noticeable downside was the furniture in the lobby. It appeared old and rusty, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. Some refurbishment in this area would certainly enhance the first impression for guests. Parking was a bit of a letdown, as it was both costly and complicated. The basement parking had pillars scattered all over, making it challenging to navigate and park comfortably. The added expense for parking was an unexpected inconvenience, especially for those traveling on a budget. Moving on to the rooms, they were a highlight of the stay. They were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The only drawback for me personally was the softness of the pillows. If you prefer firmer pillows for a good night's sleep, you might want to bring your own. One significant issue that needs immediate attention was the bathroom lock. Unfortunately, it didn't work properly during my stay, which could be a major inconvenience if you are sharing the room with anyone other than your spouse. Privacy and security in a hotel room are of utmost importance, and this was a notable concern. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was courteous and responsive to our needs, which added a positive touch to our stay. In summary, this hotel offers a pleasant stay with room for improvement. The lobby's aesthetics, parking complications, soft pillows, and the bathroom lock issue are areas that need attention. On the bright side, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. With a few upgrades and fixes, this hotel could easily elevate its guest experience. A rating of 4/5 is reflective of the overall positive experience, with the hope that future improvements will make it an even better choice for travelers.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The Boulevard dining was exceptional. Serving staff among the best we've ever had. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to when you can return to valet parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
