Rooms: Not the best, but decent for a hostel. On the left side of the lobby, there are private rooms, and to the right, dining space and then shared rooms. There is a common space where I think the guests sit and enjoy. The interior of the hotel also was very nice. Also they do have a cat 😃 Service: No scope for much service. The food is limited, bare minimum for breakfast. Just take the plate, eat, and drop the plate in a tray. Location: Very good location, a 5 minute walk to the old city centre. Overall a decent experience.

Sydney Hotel or we cud say the most hospitable place I have lived in my time in Jordan. Clean, spacious, friendly and every guest is taken care of. From all the goodies of a hotel, you also get perfect tips and guidance for everything you wish to do in Jordan. Just ask them at reception and they will take care of your all touristic needs: and yes more importantly price wise it’s the most affordable for the services you get.

I was highly disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the staff. I had the opportunity to experience in first hand the rudeness of the employees and their ill-mannered attitude. The staff seemed to lack the proper ettiquette in handling customers, not to mention the way-off time management in rescheduling appointment a minute before. When expressed my comment, i was met with a reply that showcased the improper service.

Sydney hostel is a great hostel. The 6 bed mixed dorm is air conditioned with privacy curtains and there are lockers. The staff are extremely helpful and speak perfect English. The hostel is also well situated close to downtown but just far enough off the main road for it to be quiet. There is also a kitchenette for those who want to cook. Would strongly recommend

Excellent position, very near the city center. Big breakfast buffet with the best variety of foods I have seen in the city. Super kind staff (and cute kitty 😺) I can 100% recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
