The rooms are tiny, the smart TV has Netflix disabled and the lights were too dim for my wife to put on her makeup. The AC kept reverting to 24°C after we set it to 18°C. That being said, the rooms are clean and modern.

Tango hotell is a nice hotel located close to Shilin Night market. The rooms are clean, modern with all the facilities needed. For me this was a business trip, and I was pleased to find a desk to work at and a good chair. Wifi worked nicely, service was efficient and the breakfast was ok, if perhaps a little limited. Will come back to this hotel on my next trip.

the world worst experience, horrible service and bad attitude from the front desk staff Laura Lee. will never visit the same group of this hotel. I have wrote a compliant but the so call assistant manager did not take good care of this case.

First time experience in Tango was unbeatable. You can enjoy the full city view and nature view from the well-maintained room and bathroom. Also, the customer service was exceptional! I arrived earlier before check-in time and asked to store my luggage. When I returned at night, I found they’ve already sent my belongings to the room. I was surprised that the staff remembered my request well. A shout-out to the receptionist trainees, they are professional and thoughtful! All in all, super satisfied——will definitely come back!

Got the king bed view on the 9th floor. The room is a bit small, but it was clean. The bathroom was a good sized. Heated toilet seat. Water pressure was good. Super convenient to the red line and buses. 12 minutes walk to Shilin night market and other restaurants. Easy check in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
