        Perfect location in the heart of CBD and close to waterfront. Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. Complimentary mini bar with bottled water, and muesli bars etc was a lovely touch. The team were so helpful always and nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my stay.

        You guys should consider replacing home-grade coffee maker and toasters on breakfast: they are very slow and not suitable for hotel usage. As a result, there is always a queue for coffee. Otherwise, a nice simple but clean and convenient hotel in the middle of everything. Worth noting the open air mega-bar for office employees on the next corner: it is open for everyone, great value and great vibe.

        Lovely friendly staff. Rooms smallish but so very well planned and finished. Bathroom was stunningly well planned and executed with lots of shelf room. Lots of shelf room and wardrobe space, very well planned lighting, switches and power points. Smallish issues....was no seating area for 2 people and not enough normal tables and chairs in the restaurant......predominantly benches with high stools which looks lovely but not practical for those of us with injuries or aging Great position.

        Aging hotel with small rooms The best thing about this hotel is the good location and the easy, quick 24h check-in. The rooms are very small and there is not enough space for our two suitcases. The room is also very dark and there is simply no fresh air. It only has a small window to a light shaft inside the building. The window cannot be opened. If we were ever in Sydney again, we would definitely look for another hotel. A side story that has no influence on the overall rating. On our last night the fire alarm went off and we ran barefoot down the 14 floors of the emergency exit stairwell. The emergency organization was lousy. The staff never had an overview of whether everyone had left the room. And even afterwards, they didn't really inform us what was happening etc. Luckily it was just a false alarm!

        Handy location; although premier king room quite small, it's fine for just sleeping/showering: comfy bed, very clean, and well equipped. However, room service meal almost inedible: hotel management needs a new butcher or chef and/or a chef who cares enough to avoid reputational damage.
