I wanted to call and confirm something before the date of my stay, but I tried calling many times, but I couldn't get through or got a call back. Even on the day of my stay, I couldn't get through to the phone, and when I went to check in exactly at 3:00 PM, the door was locked and I couldn't open it, and the phone wasn't answered. I contacted the customer on the site where I made the reservation and told them to contact me, but it seems that even the reservation site is unable to contact me. It was after 4pm when I finally got a call from the hotel. There are no people due to coronavirus I'll give you the password so you can enter by yourself. You can use any bet you like Keep the money under your pillow He said in a whisper. Eh, is it okay to say it's unmanned? Did you check in after all? (I didn't do any check-in work, but) I entered the password they told me to use to unlock the door, but it didn't work. No matter how many times I put it in, it won't break. I can't even connect to the phone again. I pressed the right button and it opened. No, the password you can open by pressing a random button... I went inside and went to the designated floor, but there was no one there and the door wasn't locked. There is no staff and there are no keys. Isn't it bad that you don't even have a locker to put your valuables in? It said it was air conditioned, but it was managed by the front desk, so I had no choice but to put up with it whether it was hot or cold. I guess he bought the curtains without fitting them properly. Even if you close it properly, there will be a gap of 10 cm. It's completely visible from the outside. No one was there when I checked out. I wanted a receipt, but I can't get one. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
