Really good place, only a few minutes to the grand bazar…. Rooms were nice and clean… the staffs were nice! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast!

The room was very clean, and the bathroom very spacious. Everyday in the morning the cleaning staff changed our towels and made our beds. We had included the breakfast, which had a variety of traditional Turkish food, all of them fresh. As a for the location, the hotel is around 20 minutes of walking from all the main attractions in Istanbul such as Blue mosque, hagia Sofia or cistern basilisc. The staff despite not speaking English, they understood our needs and helped everytime. They also have a pool, sauna and a massage room, if you want to relax.

Hotel location excellant, walking distance for shopping & visiting landmarks. Our room was nice & clean, no problems at all, All the staff were friendly especially Emri from reception. Top man Emri. Thanks for all your help during our stay. will definitely visit again.IA

I have fun in this hôtel .. thanks for all . ...Many thanks to all the workers in the Spa center for the wonderful reception and distinguished service . They have a vert good massage and beutiful pool I advise everyone to go there and have a good time

Please dont book here very bad service one light not working small ref not working TV ONLY one chanal local very old tv , metro tram sound very high in the room we call the reception many time no response no water in the room also please dont book here its my advice to all

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
