Flawless experience overall – from the impeccable food and café service to the attentive staff. Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, except for the insufficient wall insulation and the room are quite small for 2 person with big luggage

This hotel is basic and ok but probably wouldn't stay again. The rooms are either freezing cold or uncomfortably hot. Staff are quite unhelpful and the guy with the moustache is just super rude. While sitting in reception I twice heard the staff loudly bitching about other guests. There was a power cut across the area - fair enough not the hotel's fault - but none of the staff checked on guests or came to explain what was going on. To top it off when we left I found dirty underwear under the bed gathering dust - they'd obviously been there a while. Location is good with nice shops and bars nearby and felt safe but in future I'd try somewhere else. Not the worst but let down by the staff.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Watch out for the fine print; some rooms are in the basement. The walls were super thin, so we heard everything from next door. The plumbing noise was like a never-ending waterfall, making it difficult to sleep. The place was damp and not clean. The high price for the economy room isn't fair, and the location doesn't make up for all these issues. I strongly suggest you pick a different place.

A good hotel for a 2 night stay in central Amsterdam. The location is great, with loads on its doorstep. The hotel room itself was good; very clean with comfy beds and a nice but small shower. Noise levels could be a slight issue if you were a light sleeper but didn’t bother us so much and earplugs were provided. Some of the staff were nice, others a bit out of touch with the idea of hospitality but all in all this didn’t impact our experience much.
