So really impress with this warm and colorful place. Firstly, I choose this place because of the price. I stay for 3 night with special price, booking directly from their website. The location is very near to the old town area and also the bus terminal. The room has all necessary facilities you need. There is no elevator, only 3 floors. The receptions are so cute and helpful. So lovely. Now they are renovating the lobby area and build more swimming pool in-front. I really recommend this place and I’ll choose this place for my next stay as well.

Exceptional in every sense. Rooms was very clean and location is very good. The staff are the highlight here, my wife sprained her ankle while getting down the stairs. Everyone immediately came to help, all staff were extremely helpful called for ambulance. Were checking regularly on my wife's condition. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and helped us in every possible way. Thank you so much everyone 🙏. God bless you all.

Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Even the kids felt comfortable dealing with them. 3 min walk to the Night Market Street (Sundays). A minute to Tops supermaket. Close to the center of old town. Ample of parking space. Very clean rooms. I would recommend this for a budget stay, single, couples or families.

Very comfortable and colourful hotel, hence the name!! "The tint" Rooms looked good, but tired! And in need of a spruse up, but we did go at the end of the season, so I'm sure this will be rectified Staff, well, one was slightly abrupt on the phone, but that shouldn't put you off. It's definitely worth its money. it's very nicely located near the extremely beautiful Phuket old town streets and is very conveniently placed near all the important amenities with a shopping mall next door

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
