The place is nice but so many downsides that make the experience frustrating. You only get one key for the room which you need for AC and the WiFi etc. but when you go to the gym you have to trade in the card. Would be good if it’s one person in the room but two people with different schedules. It just doesn’t work. Complained every day. They just smiles and said sorry. You have to book steam room and sauna ahead but then always find people using it. Same with the gym. It’s tiny and often crowded. Supposedly is 4 max which is already too many. But more people are in there since they share the key access. Why insist on the booking for max one hour when then there’s others who just enter? I also asked if I could leave a deposit or passport etc in exchange for gym card so that my friend could have Ac and work on her laptop , but nothing. Overall these little daily inconveniences are destroying the relaxing experience. Ideally: Gym should open 24/7 and access with your own room key. Sauna and steam room should also be available longer hours after 8pm. As well as pool. At least 10 pm. And opening 7 am. Would be great. can’t extend or ask for anything at reception. Not helpful at all. I was asked from various staff to leave a review to which I said I probably will but it won’t be 5* and then they said don’t leave it then. Here’s my experience. Also: kids in every pool (no infants is not respected and they often have floating devices to play…)

A great place to stay fully secure with great amenities pools sauna gym etc. Close to cafes and restaurants and great nightclubs. Beach just across the road with access to the islands. What more could you ask for? Loved it ❤️

Good location, nice place to stay for long term. Quiet and peaceful. Hi speed Internet is available for free, coffee maker, fitness room, steam and sauna also are available. Greenery environment, 4-floor height building and close to Rawai beach front. Enjoy seafood market nearby and several restaurants.

Peaceful, modern accommodation just in front of Rawai beach. Good access to beach, shops, … Good facilities and services. Clean and good security. Nice neighbors.

Very unfriendly staff, playing on the phone, not approachable to tenants, not helpful and overall bad vibes. They do not care, and supervisor isn’t present. Good job unfriendly reception team, girls Ja and Joke, for earning 1 start for the company you work for. I will NOT recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
