Overall, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at (for reference I’m a Bonvoy Ambassador member). Great location: easy access to subway from the ground floor, ease of parking and taxi access via the underground entrance, numerous cheap but good eats within walking distance, post office in front of the hotel, Starbucks in front of the ground floor entrance, Tokyo Tower within 10 minutes walking, etc. Great hotel restaurants and bars: garden on 31st floor over looks Tokyo Tower (amazing view at night), perfect for entertaining, great service. Nice and well appointed gym with plenty of space; did not try the pool. We were upgraded to a Premier Large 2 Queen room; and it was very large with plenty of space to probably fit a ping pong table in the open area and play comfortably. Everything was modern, electric outlets and location well thought out. Bathroom was very nice and spacious, and the shower/bath was great! The ceiling show water flow was amazing, probably the best I’ve experienced. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Even provided “Edition” boxes and tapes for us to mail things. One minor gripe is the max occupancy of the rooms on reservation is three. This prohibits family of four from reserving a 2 Queen room even though the room is plenty large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I highly recommend this hotel if it fits within your budget.

Wow, had a last minute change to our trip and booked a last minute night here. So amazing in every aspect, the location is good, the area is not too loud but close to everything. The hotel was located at the higher floors and the views were great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, helped right off the elevators and took care of everything, very hassle free. Rooms are fairly large to Tokyo standards, bathrooms were modern, sparkling clean and well designed. Toiletries were top notch including shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Air conditioning was very good unlike some other hotels where AC is just non existent. Wonderful experience here and wished we stayed longer.

I went for a cocktail before dinner, on a Thursday early evening. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I have been lucky to get a nice sit at the window area. Great view on Tokyo tower. Cocktails are ok, and pricing is fair.

From the time we began to check in there was issues. We had reserved 2 rooms for 3 people. When we were checking in we were told we only had one room and had to pay more for the 3rd person as well as their breakfast. After 20 mins of waiting things were sorted with the rooms but told the same about breakfast, but we could use the credits allotted to us to pay for the breakfast. This seemed very odd since the reservation was for 3 people across 2 rooms. We were also given some soaps and lotions to take home, but the way we were presented with them made it seem like that was all we would get to use during our stay. After that confusion was cleared up we went to our rooms. The following morning I went to check on what the misunderstanding was with the front desk and the lady working was great. She quickly reviewed my account and cleared the air in minutes (perhaps because she was a new employee that had just undergone training?), which made me wonder why the other staff member at check in had so much difficulty. The next morning before checkout I called the customer experience team to check on my accounts and see how much was left in terms of credits. The staff member who checked on the account let me know that with the package to be shipped my total credits remaining balance was zero. Around noon, we went to check out, and once again had another surprise. As I was checking out, I was told that the package that was shipped on my behalf fell outside of the hotels coverage area thus could not be covered by hotel credits, even though I had just called hours before to inquire about my balance, and this was not mentioned to me. We were already starting to run late to get to the airport and I did not want to cause any more delay so I left at that and paid for the balance. I asked if I could use the remaining credits for one of the robes as we had liked them while we were using in the room, but we were also told that this fell under a spa purchase thus cannot be purchased with hotel credits. At the end, we just left the hotel with a very sour bitter taste in our mouth over the experience we had just had with the front desk staff, which was not up to par with our expectations for a five star hotel.

This was a wonderful place to grab dinner and check out the beautiful sprawling fuse of the city at night. They have an unbelievable style sense and it is decorated in a world-class way that makes you feel immersed. Lots of living plans and a very friendly staff that was super fun. I highly recommend this place for a date and dinner !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
