Our view was great, room large and nice. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The staff went well above in accommodating our every need. Breakfast was good, loots of choices, tried some new items to me and enjoyed them. Go to the pool and have lunch. Guest relations helped with phone charge issue. Thank you for my ultimate vacation thus far. Your hotel and Dubai were phenomenal.

The service is a complete Chaos! We made reservations for a larger group with different arrival and departure times - and even after four days and giving them a printout of the booking information they are unable to get it right. Further more: the laundry service does not work: day one - did not do anything because I have not signed the paper (they could have called me). Day 2: the laundry was not delivered to my room.but at least I got it on request, Day 3: I have deposited the laundry at 9:30 in my room and put the hotel sign to pick up the laundry on the door. They say they will deliver same day when picked up before 10:00 … but they picked up too late … They rooms are spacious but the interiors is aged … they are not even remotely comparable to a 5 star hotel

We had the 61st floor with a view which was nice. A big spacious room. The shower and bath room was nice although the shower wasn't very powerful at all. For the amount we paid it should have been more powerful. It took about 1.5 hours to check in and as we were all unwell the wait was excruciating. The pool was nice. The breakfast had a big range but would have hoped for more vegan friendly options. Overall it was good enough but pretty costly for what we got.

Dear Sir/Madam It was very enjoyable days, the reception miss ‘Nahid’ was very polite and good behaviour, she gave us a very good room with nice and wonderful view in 43 floor, breakfast was good and all the staffs were very kind. I highly recommended this hotel to all my friends and family, hope to come back again. What a lovely night Dec 24,2023. First time to come to The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai for a lovely dinner buffet at Metro restaurant. Came with my two boys we all loved the variety of the food we found everything we wanted to eat. Service was great. Staff very kind and high quality. Highly recommended and will sure come again 👍Special thanks to Mr. Olaitan who helped confirm my reservation at short notice and on a very busy night 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
