        I agree with the review below. They barged into my room before my check out time and also started counting knives etc. I was lucky there wasn’t anything missing. I stayed for two nights. 1st night was ok, 2nd night the room started to smell of smoke. But the room does look like the photos posted online and it is clean. Security guard is very friendly though.

        I was traveling by myself. On the day of check in, they made me pay a deposit of 1000 baht which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. On the morning of checkout a few hours before my flight the reception lady came for room inspection. She counted knives, forks, cups, towels etc. To my bad luck, she couldn't locate a grey hand towel on the kitchen platform and started questioning me about it, stating there were three of them. Now, I don't remember seeing a third hand towel in the kitchen and I told that several times but to no avail. She checked the dustbin, drawers, cupboards, balcony etc for the towel and when she couldn't find, she started looking for pictures on her Whatsapp taken before my check in. She scrolled through at least a 1000+ Whatsapp messages in front of me to find the pictures and showed me a picture in which indeed there was a hand towel and kept insisting that she needed to deduct 30 baht from my deposit. I gave up, paid her the 30 baht and got my deposit back. The money is immaterial but it was a terrible experience to be treated like a thief or a reckless person who destroys hotel property and it's a first having frequently lived in hotels across the world. Also, this was 9 am and I was hoping to fix me some breakfast after checkout but right after the inspection the lady started pulling the sheets up, clearing trash, cleaning giving me no time for that breakfast. I was in no mood to stay there for another minute either so I left. Management guys - a little subtlety, trust and respect for your guests would go a long way. Other issues - The room lacked basics like tea/coffee, dishes, toiletries besides, water bottles before I checked in and I had to call and ask for everything which isn't easy with the language barriers. Also, the area (although Sukhumvit) is pretty dead before 10 am (hard to find breakfast nearby) and after 9 pm (and hence dinner) if you don't plan to cook every day or to find things to do etc.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
