This unique, stylized hotel is beautiful, interesting, and luxurious! The rooms, the food, the amenities, and the pool are fantastic. Every detail is catered towards the guest! I feel like I'm in a movie. The hosts, Mogee and others, make sure every need is met. The views are everything you want them to be! It really is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Luxury at its finest tailored to your needs. We stayed in the Nureyev House and want to stay every time!I recommend it to everyone!

Absolute perfection. I have stayed at resorts all over the world and this may be the best hotel experience of my LIFE. The staff: so very nice and attentive. The rooms: unbelievable! You are staying in a museum. Could not ask for anything more in a room. Everything you need is there. The view: possibly the best view of your life. I challenge you to find a better view. Finally, the manager: this is what makes this place 5 stars... The manager George is so inviting, so caring, so free to help you, it's really remarkable. His attitude and personality were First Class in every way. Bravo George! Your property is one of the best on the planet. Anyone would be grateful to stay here. Cannot recommend enough!

I promise you there is not another place to stay. If you are looking around, stop, this is it. Me George and his family and staff are out of this world. Stayed numerous places and the service and love and family is second to none. The details, the breakfast, the help planning a trip, greeting you upon arrival, even at 1:00am. The list goes on. The rooms have been decorated with the most magnificent touch from Mr Tsitouras who takes so much pride in his amazing art collection. Best place I have ever stayed in my life. ❤️

Bravo The Tsitouras Collection Family!!! I'm a pickey person, but I this is a rare 5 stars I gave. We are young couple with an one year old. We had stay in 5 star hotel, luxury seaside resort, historical private home around the world. But The Tsitouras Collection is our best stay so far. It's impossible to talk about all the great things but I'm gonna try. 1:the view is absolutely amazing, but the hotel set up enhanced the sunrise and sunset viewing experience. When we stayed in TC Villa, I woke up in the morning and staying on bed to watch the sunrise from my window, without waking up my baby. When we stayed in The House of Porcelain, when it's super windy and cold, we had breakfast and dinner in our dining room, seeing the amazing sunrise and sunset right through the window; 2: great host and kind staff. They turely welcoming their guest and trying to help wherever they can. Eleni helped with so many questions before the trip, George showed us around and introduced the amazing artworks and the amazing architecture. Whenever staff sees us, they come and carry luggage which means we have free hands and have more time to walk with our baby.3: the hotel itself is a real piece of art. First day I didn't recognise the hotel door but seeing other tourists taking pictures outside of the hotel. I was like, oh, must be very beautiful place, let me wait and take one picture as well. And then, boom! we stay there. we walk around the hotel with our own pace and it was super super nice 4: I have to mention a few services set up that are really thoughtful: anytime breakfast, you know schedule is unpredictable when going out with a baby; breakfast cooked and bring to your room anytime you name it ;big bottle water supply- just think about the time that you searching bottle water during your trip and carry them back to you hotel room, climbing all the steps; bottle water is ready in the room; you don't even need to ask them to bring bottle water, they really give you more than enough; luggage carrying and airport transfers- btw average cost for one way airport transfer is €45. staying here you have nothing to worry about. 5: I leave this at the end because I think whoever chose this hotel, would really appreciate the precious art pieces anyway. Therefore I don't need to say anything more than: take your time with have a look these beautiful and ancient art pieces. The art pieces truly make the entire experience to a different level of luxury.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
