        Stinky rooms, cat pee smell coming from the bathroom, the rooms were never cleaned in 4 nights, pillows and sheets had stains, the air conditioner leaked water on the floor Worst of all was the check-in experience, the code that was given for the room did not work and caused alarms to go off. There is no one at the desk and the contact number inside the building is out of service, the only way to get help is by calling the telephone number on Google maps and they might call you back to "reset the code" (which was never set to begin with). Other guests told us that they had similar bad experiences checking in. Don't let the photos of the rooms fool you, this place was a rough experience, and though slightly cheaper than other hotels, it's not worth the hassle. The only ok thing about this place is that the location isn't bad. Recommend staying elsewhere.

        Serious plumbing issue. There is a reason this place has a low rating. The rooms in general are not bad for the small space and the beds comfortable - but my god the bathroom. The plumbing was severly bad, the shower nor the sink drained fully and the stagnant water made hygine impossible and the smell omg the smell. The shower needs to be ripped out and replaced as the base pan is poorly done and moldy. The towels provided were old, flat, not-fluffy, and had tears and holes. Giving it 4 stars for service because even though there is no front desk staff on site, they were great at communicating via text, email, and calling. Fix the bathrooms and get new towels!

        Worst service ever… The hotel did not contacted us regarding check-in. And did not send us any information. Then nobody opened the front door. We were standing for 30 minutes in front of the entrance trying to reach out the staff… even we mentioned arrival time in advance… nobody cares.

        Room was mediocre, the furniture was in times. Cleanliness was not where it sould be but it was acceptable, there was a lot of dust, you could see it very well because the room was in black almost half of it. The thing that bothered me the most was that they didn't change our towels after 4 days, i would expect that they would. Location was very good, bus stop maybe few meters from it, metro 4 min walking and city centre 20 min walking.
