We stayed at the Unbound Amsterdam for one night (3 adults and a baby) to get away from busy life in central Amsterdam. We booked The Lighthouse mostly for the private hot tub which was awesome! Things didn’t go exactly to plan during our stay, but the staff were super friendly and helpful which more than made up for the issues during our stay. The sauna and cold plunge were great, the hot tub was exactly what we needed (once we got it hot enough), the beds and the bedding were excellent, we slept great! But what truly sets this place apart are the people. Very rarely do we find such good service in Amsterdam, THANK YOU for your genuine friendliness and all the help during our stay. We would come back in the future.

Beautiful place and very peaceful. Exactly as it looks on the pictures. Unfortunately during my stay the Sauna was not working the whole time and the spa was one of the reasons I booked the place. Also it wasnt possible to eat dinner because the restaurant was closed most of the time.the location is quite remote which makes it a bit inconvenient to eat out. Staff was nice but also there was no room service for cleaning during a five day stay. As the stay is quite it expensive it would have been nice if there had been information in advance about the spa and the restaurant or at least a price reduction in the end.

We stayed at the unbound for one night and had a really pleasant stay! It’s a great place to go for a bit of relaxation and quiet with nice aesthetic and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff too. The big disappointment for us was the food available in the restaurant, there is a selective menu of snacks. We ordered 2 toasties and were told they only have one left, so ordered a pizza for €12 - when this arrived it was clear it was a dr.oeker frozen pizza, this is unacceptable for any restaurant/bar to serve. The toastie and bitterballen were nice (hard not to be) but I think for this type of establishment, more effort should go into the food on offer. Overall I would stay here again, would probably just order take out.

The bungalows themselves are nice for a wknd with friends even if there's absolutely nothing around. Hotel staff is unpleasant, especially the young guy working at the reception. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
