        First time staying at Upper House, even though it has opened for some time. Certainly had quite expectations, especially given the recent 4th place in the World’s Best ranking. The property itself shows signs of again, but the luxury of space (especially for HK) is unmatched. Service was excellent. The service recovery (for a faulty AC) by Alex and Eddie was really impressive and appreciated. They made our stay a lot more memorable. Breakfast team was flexible and courteous every morning, and greeted us always with a smile. However the food selection could be improved. Overall this is a great place to stay. There is a path behind the hotel that you could hike all the way to Victoria Peak. MTR and Tram access is convenient too.

        The Upper House might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not only are the rooms enormous with gorgeous views and bathrooms spa-like, but the service is outstanding beyond measure. Small things that only someone super detail oriented would even recognize (like replacing small bottles of mouthwash, folding of clothes, crafting a special food menu unprompted when they found out I had a dietary restriction). But these details are what make this hotel feel more like a luxurious home away from home and why I will come back as often as I can.

        The Upper House is without a doubt the best hotel in Hong Kong, and probably even the world. Not only is this hotel an absolute interior design masterpiece by renowned local designer Andre Fu with the best views of Hong Kong money can buy, but this 5-star hotel exemplifies the service every single hotel should strive for. The service is unparalleled and when you stay at TUH, the Guest Experience team goes above and beyond to ensure that your every needs are taken care of and most importantly, to make every guest feel like they're coming home. We had the pleasure of getting engaged here exactly one week ago on our anniversary. Tommy from Guest Experience really made an incredible effort to make the experience so special for us, including printing out photos of us and surprising us with a custom banner and a welcome gift in the room. We were very impressed by his thoughtfulness. A huge thank you to Tommy, Edward & Paul for making our first stay and our engagement so memorable. We look forward to coming home again soon.

        So far the best hotel I've ever been to (previously Park Hyatt Shanghai), great suite with amazing panoramic views and minimalistic design, staff very attentive, house keeping comes every time when guests are out (in other hotels 2 times a day max). Hong Kong has changed a lot but this hotel is one of the reasons that takes me back to this place, definitely will revisit! Besides thanks for guest experience team and Paul for welcoming us on arrival and arrangement of early check-in. 😉

        I’ve been living in HK for years, and always wanted to experience spending a night at The Upper House. Honestly, it truly lived up to all expectations; above and beyond I must say! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - the most stylish, coziest yet minimalist rooms, spectacular views, and just flawless service. Such an impeccable experience and all the staff were just incredibly warm and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for either anyone visiting HK, and even for those living in HK like myself. Even if borders are fully opened again and everyone else is traveling out, this is definitely a place I’d love to have a staycation in again. A premium, luxe hotel that absolutely gives what you’re paying for.
