We stayed here for 3 nights and wished it had been longer. Beautifully clean and tranquil setting. The food options were plentiful and the meals were great, particularly the Cambodian dishes. The staff went out of their way to look after you and at all times were courteous and always smiling. Location very central for shopping and Pub Street but you wouldn't know it given how quiet it was. Absolutely recommend.

A very pleasant and well located stay in siem reap! It is located near the old airport, but since booking there was a change in airport meaning the complimentary pick up was no longer included. It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The lobby area was comfortable and we were greeted with a welcome drink and fresh fruits. Staff were very warm and helpful. The rooms were a bit more dated than I expected in comparison to the lobby area, but everything was clean and well maintained. There is a relaxing pool to lounge at, especially on a hot day. Overall had a great stay at the Urban and would recommend it to others!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Location is great. Nice and clean rooms. Extremely friendly, attentive and kind staff. Felt like home coming. Very nice pool area. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea time. They have a free of charge water dispenser to refill water bottles. Love the approach to reduce plastic waste. I’ll come back for sure! Highly recommendable!

This based from my experience. So, let me start with the positives: - The staff is fantastic. Always smiling and eager to help. - Decent pool area with plenty of loungers - Shower water pressure was great - New a/c units, no issue cooling the room - Rooms are clean - Beds are comfortable - Location is good. Walking distance to everything - The tuk tuk driver Mr Ang Art was awesome! Suggest requesting him for any tours around SR The Cons and unfortunately a deal breaker for me: - The rooms are not soundproof. You will clearly hear your neighbors - The surrounding area is not quiet. Can hear people partying - Dog barking non-stop at night - Food at the restaurant was ok and a bit overpriced

The service was great, if not a bit over the top. They have some additional benefits like tea time which was lovely. The room itself was super dark, the door wasn't sealed and we ended up housing a lizard in the room with us for 4 nights. Not sure if it was the location of the room but we could hear every bit of notice from the pool and people going up and down the stairs and then at 7am we could hear the cleaners chatting away so we didn't get much sleep. The shower didn't get very hot so ended up with Luke warm showers. The other facilities were good, nice pool (could be cleaned a bit more often).
