Our group had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. This is the second time that we have stayed at the Venetian and each time was amazing. Very clean rooms, free play, great coffee shop with amazing fresh pastries right down stairs, the restaurants are great and club Tao was amazing. We walked through the entire mall and shopping areas. Everything is just so beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was amazing, we didn't have to wait for a taxi to go to the airport. Everything was so convenient for us. All in all just an amazing experience at this hotel both times we have stayed. Comfortable beds, pillows and the restrooms are very clean with lots of amenities. I loved that they have fresh good water in the room. Even if you have to pay for it, just the fact that you don't have to leave the room is great. The housekeeper was great, brought us fresh towels every day.

The Venetian Hotel Las Vegas is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious resort for a work conference, it exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the entire property gave us peace of mind during our stay. Every detail exudes luxury, from the lavish decor to the upscale amenities. The convenience of having everything we needed within the hotel was a huge plus. Whether it was fine dining, shopping, entertainment, or relaxation, we found it all right at our fingertips within the expansive grounds of the Venetian.

Casino and rooms were beautiful, upscale, and clean. Hotel had plenty of options for food and shopping so you don't really need to leave, but centrally located on strip if you want. Free drinks while gambling were awesome. Security card required to get to guest suites, which is nice.

What an amazing all around experience! First time and will definitely not be the last! I celebrated with my husband for his 60th birthday and WOW! This is one of the best memories ever! I can go on and on and on ...... From the time I walked into my room till the time we checked out, we were amazed, smiling and enjoying all the amenities at the resort. This resort is a MUST ! Best experience ever!

Checking in late at night took well over 50 minutes. This may have been the result of terrible weather causing airport delays resulting in a later arrival but extra staff later would have been good. The rooms are very large and well equipped. I stayed in the guest suites area and it was reasonably priced. I wish the lobby had a few places to just sit but I understand everything is geared towards "sitting" in the casino area not the lobby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
