Amazing place with great rooms. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Really lives up to the suites name. It also has a very luxurious interior with all the fittings and essentials for your stay there. Bathrobes were an extra nice touch as well. Great value for money! Breakfast selection was small but great considering the fact that it was included in the room price. Accessibility to the BTS isn't that great here but the location has some good malls and a night market nearby open only on weekends. Overall a great place for a great value if location isn't an issue.

Stayed with them for the Test & Go scheme. I received wonderful service from the start. When I phoned they were so patient with me and added me on LINE so I could always be in contact. They replied within a minute of me sending a messaged. On arrival we found the counter and were escorted to a van. We arrived at 9:38am and was told the nurse would come at 10am to perform the PCR test. We received our test results at 4:30pm and decided to stay in the hotel to rest and recover from jetlag. The food that we got was delicious 🤤 We ordered Grab Food later that night and the reception brought it up to our room. Really wonderful and professional service from the staff that work there. Would recommend to stay there even if you do not have to do the Test & Go scheme as it is a big apartment with great facilities 🤩 Thank you so much for a lovely stay and service.

The room is really spacey and comfortable. There are bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. However, living room, dining room and kitchen are in one area. Really suitable for family and business as well. Different ports are provided for connecting your devices to TV. The breakfast was delicious with enough choice. The staff was really helpful and took initiative to guide me to the night market. Please refer to the pictures. The hotel has total of 23 floors. Each floor has 4 units. You can enjoy the quietness.

Stayed as part of ASQ program. Large room, food was good - warm and on time with a choice of Thai or European and an a la carte menu too at extra cost. Staff would help with extra milk etc. Nice to have balcony and plenty of space. Good to walk in roof garden after first negative test. Staff even let me borrow some weights for the duration of my stay.

I love this hotel especially for quarantine from traveling. Very specious room. Suite type with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Staffs were very attentive and the food is good and big portion. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
