Worst hotel i have ever experienced honestly. Don’t go near this hotel at all ! They are unhygienic with the stained bed covers . They don’t provide nothing that a hotel has to offer. I’ve been ill all week bed bound and i ask reception 3am for water he responds saying no water with a rude face even though i wanted to pay for it . Also alot of ongoing issues with this hotel . It goes on and on

Australian couple stayed 17-20 Nov 2023. The View is aptly named, incredible! Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in. Hotel is near the top of a steep hill (hence, the incredible views) but on arrival hotel staff collected us from our taxi in a golf cart and drove us up to reception, and then to out room with our luggage. On arrival we also recieved a complimentary upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, and there was a beautiful flower arrangement on the bed. Hotel pool is amazing, nice and cold and is even better than the photos. Hotel restaurant serves good food. Our room was clean and spacious, the jacuzzi was excellent. AC could have been a bit cooler, but it works as a great fan and dehumidifier at night, and besides there is a nice breeeze up on the side of the hill. Location is perfect if (like us) you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Rawai and hear the sounds of the rainforest. Good value for money, would stay again.

This hotel is situated on a hilly area, offering an amazing view of the sea from the balcony. Although the hotel's restaurant has very limited options, the food was tasty. The infinity pool was another highlight of this hotel, and the room service was at its best.

WORST HOTEL EVER. I can say after having stayed in Thai hotels for the past 3 years. The poor organisation and infrastructure of this hotel makes staying here an absolute nightmare. * Arrived at midnight in my room, being told that my luggage will be brought. At 1am my luggage has not been brought (I waiting to go sleep). The staff member does not care and I had to walk my own luggage uphill to the room. * No water for half the days. Staff tells me to go shower in the public (open) shower. * I forgot my key card twice in my room. Fixing this is "a big problem" (their words), took 45min both times. * The beds are way too hard, not standard hotel mattress. I woke up with back pain every day. * The A/C of my neighbors was not working. * Cold water from bathtub was barely working. The view is nice. Come here if you like a good view with 0 comfort.

Room service is good, good treatment by the receptionist and a beautiful smile, and also their food is excellent and service is very good. The people who received us were Apple, Noon and Sue. I was impressed with their treatment of us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
