        This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is great, near the Tube, shops and restaurants. Such a disappointment on my first trip to London. If you weigh more than 150-160 pounds you will have trouble getting around the bed in the room and bathroom. It’s super small. I asked about wash cloths and hand towels, I was told they don’t have any. The bathroom was covered with mold on the walls not only in the shower but also the entire bathroom. We couldn’t wait to check out. Find another hotel in the area.

        ZERO wifi. Complained 3 times and still not working. Mold in room window and bathroom behind door. Shower not practical with nowhere to place soap or shampoo inside and door not closing properly. Uneven floor throughout. Wardrobe difficult to use due to lack of space to open door. Bathroom sockets don't work with blow dryer and one light bulb out. One window doesn't open and right hand nightstand lamp doesn't work. Room cleaning service super basic. For its price, I've been to much better places. Not to come back.

        The room was clean and good value for money. Very quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The only downside was the WiFi connection was not great. A couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Good location.

        The hotel is situated in the heart of Kensington 200m from the underground. We came earlier then check-in time as landed at Gatwick at 7am. The room was ready and very nice lady at the reception let us to the room as one of the group was a little unwell from the travel. The saff is exceptional in this hotel. We dealt with 3 different staff members and they all were polite and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious for 3 people with fully equipped bathroom. The only 3 things that were a little annoying was the entrance stairs with no platform for mobility issues guests, slow wifi and no shelf in the shower so no way to put your toiletries in Overall very good stay, we hope to be back for spring visit to London

        SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. I made a reservation and arrived 40 minutes later. I found room to be poorly maintained, including filthy carpet and bad odor. Beds looked terrible. The room did not look anything like the quality room pictured online. It is more like a 50£ flop house than a 150£ hotel. I immediately returned to the front desk to inform them the room condition was unacceptable. They refused to provide a refund, even though I made the reservation 40 minutes prior to arrival, so it's not like I held the room for a long time and prevented them from renting it to someone else, and they had other rooms available at the time. I found a nearby hotel that cost less and was quite nice. The next day I stopped by to further discuss the issue with management and the manager was very nervous, as though he knew this was a scam. Definitely not how a professional hotel responds to a customer complaint. UPDATE: Today the hotel confirmed: No Refund. Reserving a room here for 40 minutes cost me 305£, what a SCAM. AVOID THIS FILTHY SCAM HOTEL.
